  • Would give minus stars if possible. I installed for the loyalty card but it requires an internet connection to use it in-store and my local store has no phone signal at the tills because they are too far in the building. Reception fine outside. Apparently have Wi-Fi in store but no signs and involved using a unsecure network. Only installed on the basis that could use loyalty card offline. Will be uninstalling.

  • Good features! Able to scan garment Kimble's and check online availability if your size isn't in the shop! They're are a bit behind the times compared to some retailers with the variety of payment methods and delivery options such as deliver to store unavailable but they are getting there!

  • The new update made the app unusable. It loads so slowly, I rather exit and buy nothing than waiting for hours to load. Other than that I always have to sign in every single time I open the app, it doesn't matter that I always click on the "remember me" button...furthermore my saved itmes happen to disappear from mi fav list. It is unacceptable!!!! Fix it asap.
  • There are two identical "H&M" apps in the play store, only difference is the icon. And only one of them works for me (this one), the other won't connect to server. Seems shady, is the other version hacked? Stealing credit card info?
  • Very slow, and I've been having so much bother adding items to the favourite list.
  • This app has always been a pain but the latest update completely ruined it for me.You will have to log in every 20 minutes,the credentials are never saved, before adding an item there are 20-50 seconds lagtime, your shopping cart will be randomly emptied every 2-3 hours or so.It is the shittiest shopping app there is and I will be very happy to uninstall it once I post this.

  • You can filter sale clothes by colour and "concept", but not by size, which forces you to go into every single item to see if they have the correct size. The suits are all listed separately so you can't be sure the trousers match the jacket, and you can only filter by s/m/l etc, not chest and trouser size. It's annoying, unintuitive and awkward. Rubbish.
  • Doesn't work... The amount of countries available in this app seems very limited. It doesn't appear to be available in Finland even though the local stores promote the app etc. Even when installed and using a different country as my location the scanner doesn't do anything with the barcodes, just continues to go in and out of focus. Seems pointless, had to go online in the end and find items manually anyway :/

  • Won't even let me log in. Ever since I updated It says my email address isn't registered...so I thought I'd rejoin for them to say email address already exists??? So I can't even log in. Now I'll have to ring customer services which will cost me to call.
  • It was fine. I used it made one order. But today when I want to pay my goods in my basket.i can't even open my basket. I can't buy them . I can't even see my basket ! Why ? So dispointed. Please fix it asap . Thanks

  • L'application fonctionne plutôt bien mais je reproche 2 chose, la première lorsqu'un article de mon panier passe en rupture de stock il est supprimé sans que j'en soit notifié, la deuxième c'est dommage que 80% des produit soit en rupture de stock et qu'on s'en rende compte que lorsqu'on clic dessus; il faudrait ajouté un filtre "n'afficher que les produit en stock"
  • Cannot buy size 9 shoes Overall pleased with the app, I have been waiting for H&M to offer online shopping for a while. One thing that irks me the most is that you can buy size 9 shoes in store but not online (8.5 and 9.5 available though). I hope they sort that out soon.

  • Needs a lot of work I am so happy i can finally shop here in Canada. The app however is very slow with loading items that i cant actually shop. Also wont allow me to login... apparently my account doesnt even exist?😑 apparently even online my account doesnt exist which is odd. Made a new one the site and it let me log into the app. Size guide isnt working and theres no more wish list?? There is a lot wrong with this app. By the time its fixed my discount code probably wont be valid.

  • By the time u guys solve the carrier info missing error, customers have already lost the trust. Been trying to check out on all kinds of browsers on computer and on both android and ios... All came with carrier info missing error. I tested and tried to check out jus one item, which resulted in me paying a shipping fee. Order went through. Pretty sure ur free delivery bug is making this problem. You are welcomed for your customers' help in helping your company troubleshoot this silly error which is costing your company tons of online sales transactions. And your customer service can't do anything

  • Worst Update Ever What is the point of ruining something that was working perfectly fine is beyond me. The application was working flawlessly on my LG G3 as well on my other phone (Samsung S6) now I am unable to even open the app.

  • app worked fine for me but the "extended size" section is embarrassingly bad. looks like all the rest of their clothes on models that look like regular super slim models. the only difference I've really seen is that things are "super stretch" yikes.

  • Take great care when ordering a product from the H&M web site or from the H&M application because the information presented there, it may not be real. I received a product that was featured in their site and application as 90% cotton and 10% polyester and when I received the product, it was 60% cotton and 40% polyester. Check the labels when you receive the products to be sure that it is what you ordered. I was very disappointed with their customer service. It did not matter that I was a loyal customer for a long time.

  • Promo code not obvious The app is great, but the place where you should enter the promo code is not obvious at all. I ordered some stuff on Black Friday and I was not able to find where I should put the code, so it procedeed my order in a normal maner. Now I have to return everything and will not be able to order with a discount.

  • Used to like it Dont get me wrong. I love h&m. This app was useful before. Its handier to check stock online than the web app. But I don't like this new update where the discount code isn't as obvious!! I just bought stuff for black Friday (as you do) and it proceeded my order without confirmation email or prompt payment (where it indicated the coupon is to be entered). Be careful ordering products on the app! I'll change my review if customer service sorts out the discount/cancels my order. Or if the app team fixes this!

  • Satisfactory The stock updates better than the online store sometimes and purchase is easy, however I'm experiencing issues with items reappearing in my basket even after I have paid and received the order confirmation for them.
