    Hi! I just downloaded the app(Been a ABC mouse member since 2018) and I doenloaded the other day for my daughter however, when today it's telling us to update because there's a new version however when I go to Google play the update is not available, I also tried to uninstall and reinstall the app but it's still not working. Hopefully we can get assistance for this matter as my child loves this app until now, Thanks!

    Since downloading g and subscribing, my kids have not even been able to play the app. It will not load for them to play and it will not load for me to unsubscribe. Very frustrating to pay for an app that does not work.

    Nice that there is a new version that won't install. We try to log on it says install update. Deleted and reinstalled and still nothing. So now we pay for something we cannot use.

    We have tried loading this app on every device in the house. It is unbearably slow to load or impossible to download at all. It requires a full screen to play, so there is no access to other programs while it is in play. The game glitches all the time. The kids have not enjoyed this app at all because it is too frustrating to be enjoyable. They loved ABCMouse, so this is a huge disappointment.

    This is my sons account I am his mother lashawna. I purchased a subscription for both of my sons but they can not even use the app for 5 or 10 min at a time because the app keeps "crashing" or kicking them out.....so at this point I am super disappointed and feel like it's a waste of money. Which is sad because they actually love it. Huge let down. Will not be renewing the subscription. I do not advise anyone else waste their money either.
