Reducing from 5 to 1 star. Because its full with scammers and greedy people that call themselves business man. The ones that seem legit, charge bank fees and exaggerated shipping cost and on top higher price per unit. If they give you cheap per unit, they compensate it by charging higher bank/shipping fees. For the scammers, they call them selves "first party distributors, selling after buying wholesale from factory" give you deals tooo good to be true. For example iPhone 7 or 7pro price per unit about 240$ a piece, buy 2 get 1 free... lol alright busted when you ask them if they accept PayPal and they say no but.instead reply with western union or similar on top they give you email adresses and whatsapp number to talk further 😂😂 This app is a joke.😁 Edit 7/9/17 Still rating 1 star So they claim that PayPal charges them too much even after selling items for higher rate and ridiculous shipping prices. 🤔🤔 A few sellers complained that they don't use PayPal because they got lied to. I am disappointed that alibaba doesn't accept PayPal as pay method besides citibank, i dont know if Visa debit is accepted, also Alibaba has check on sellers product and safety certificates. It should be reliable and durable.🙂 Also i didn't understand why permission to phone has to be allowed to play a mini video for an product? 🤔 Tried contacting help centre contact us section These people are ridiculous, helpcentre contact us is hilarious its a bot. Seriously a joke, tried sending picture of issue, guess what. I get response back by this saying "cannot view picture, write me yours issue, so i wrote, "why cant you see the picture sent to you". I get reply with try one of thefollowing 4 suggested questions. Unnecessary irrelevant questions totally off topic. Totally unsatisfactory customer service. Not happy at all.
