  • Asks me to sign up for prime when I already have it. A fair amount of push notifications. Received a $10 credit code for installing this app, code didn't work.
  • Like shopping at Amazon, BUT why in the world would a company is big as Amazon get hooked up with sync Bank?? I mean did you guys lose a bet in a poker game that is the worst bank app ever look at the customer reviews it's ridiculous I'm not going to download their app I'm going to try to pay off my bill and get rid of the card as fast as I can, you're crazy. I think enough of us need to send a message to Amazon to let them know they have to get rid of this Bank I mean it's like it's Wells Fargo's step brother or something it's terrible go with a good bank don't use Syncbank and don't use Wells Fargo I like shopping at Amazon though.
  • Whatever you did with the new update, please undo it! I've had to use the website lately due to the app freezing or not uploading correcting.
  • App stopped loading content, take 2 minutes for a page to load. Totally unusable.
  • Its a good app for general needs but it doesnt have everything and is basically just a store they run out of stock somtimes my biggest complaint is that they have unnecessary labels on things like tech apparently death stars are only for males and watches are only for females

But maybe just to make customers appreciate Amazon even more, maybe offer free things like along with their order, like a t-shirt, blanket, coffee mug etc. They will appreciate simple things like these...   • Amazon is unethical and left a lot of customers who pay 99 dollars a year stranded without supplies even though they guaranteed delivery. People paid extra for supplies as sellers we price gouging and won't get their supplies when they had ample time to deliver.

  • Good app. The past few weeks the wish list ticker at the bottom hasn't worked for me I have to load and reload and then switch between 2 different lists for it to work correctly. After the most recent update pictures don't load for the search results.

  • 1. I tried amazon prime, then after u activated the free days, i cancelled my subscription. Didnt work they withdrawed the prime cost for 1 year 2.   • App Errors The app itself works fine, but I keep getting errors that say, "Unfortunately, Amazon has stopped." This would be fine and I wouldn't complain but it happen almost every minute which makes it very hard to navigate on my phone.

  • I'll give it a 4 because I'm rating the app and not Amazon's service or process. I hate the way the search function screws up when trying to change the sort and things drop and it adds in totally irrelevant items. A better search engine would make me happy. Otherwise, compared to all other sites and apps, it's comparatively a 5. On its own merits, it's a 4 and needs to improve the search function to find the right items, including those that it stocks but often can't find unless you specifically know the exact search word order that the engine needs. Bizarre and beneath a giant like Amazon.
  • Well i never get stuff in 2 days with prime. It says 2 on the first page then as it goes on it gets longer. Todays example ordered labour day the 4th. Said thursday. Thats 4 days one being a holiday. It said out for delivery since 7:45 am. But iys 10:30 pm. No package. This is not first time at all. PRIME APPEARS TO BE POINTLESS. 5 DOES NOT EQUAL 2. but the $80 we paid was paid full. really cant stand that it wont take the money from account until they process the order.THAT can be a problem. Also I am prime and when I first look at items it will say arrives tomorrow. But by the time i complete checkout... It has RARELY been the 2 days im garanteed. Changes to 3 or 4 days,and is never later than that anyway. I am happy with everything else related to my purchases. Amazon has gone above and beyond to keep things great.

  • Signed up prime for the 2 day shipping, ordered 7 items none of them showed sooner than 7 days. Two of the purchase took an entire month to arrive. Two of the 7 were supposed to arrive in mere hours according to when i first made the purchase.

  • I signed up for Prime under the impression I was paying monthly for the service but Amazon charged my account for the full Annual price + 1 month. They applied both charges to my account within seconds. When I complained they tell me they will refund the charge for the Annual fee but I won't get the credit in my account for 3 to 5 days. Beware of this trick if you decide to purchase Prime!!

  • Frustrating User Experience One of the most frustrating things that I don't like about this app is the lack of a "back button" that only takes me back one page. Any time I search for a keyword, I will be shown a list of items. If I scroll through that list and click on item number 45, it will take me to that item page. But if I try to go back to my list, it forces me to start over a new search and scroll through the list again. I just want to go back to the list right where I was looking. How hard is that?

  • The app is well laid out and extremely easy to use. I just wish that there was an Amazon smile option. Currently I use the app to browse and add items to my cart and then have to go to Amazon Smile through my browser to complete my order.

  • I still hate Dash buttons with the burning fire of a thousand suns, and don't use my wish list much anymore because every time I add something, I have to close that stupid bar at the bottom AGAIN, but my biggest complaint about this app is that it's getting slower with every update! My phone is an S8, I don't let anything not absolutely necessary run in the background, and I'm on a 130 Mb/s wifi connection, sitting 5' away from a router, but it still takes up to 6 seconds to view an item's page! I don't know what's taking so long--loading product videos or whatever--but I do know I don't wait. I just close the app and buy nothing. Amazon used to have such a nice, responsive app, but no longer.
