    Alot of times songs don't like to load. Have to force stop the app in order to play music again. Also would love if i could creat stations out of my playlist... But then again the stations only load 2 to 3 songs and loop them. Would expect more from one of the worlds biggest corporations.

    App doesn't work properly. Songs that have apparently been downloaded, for example, still end up hanging as though there is a problem with streaming them. Strange and annoying. Just the latest Apple product that I have dumped in the past 12 months. Almost all Android and Windows now. Never thought that would happen, but there you go.

    Horrible playlists. Always not responding. Cuts off songs. You can dislike and love music but it never really personalizes. same music every week. (Writing this over a year into having the paid version) all in all its just garbage. Spotify is cheaper and has better music..

    The whole app is so glitchy and when you download a playlist half the songs undownload themselves when you get off wifi. DO NOT GET APPLE MUSIC, save the hastle and just get spotify

    The app works better than before but when I go into best of the week playlist it always shows me the same one from months ago. I've tried clearing my cache but still only shows me the same playlist not updated

    The app has stopped working recently from the past one month. It works fine on iPad and my Dell laptop but there seems to be some issue on the android app. I was using this app on the phone for 8 months and then all of a sudden it stopped working on the phone.

    I installed lastnight and immediately had issues going through set up Then after setting it up it wouldn't work. I had to put my pw in every time navigated to a different screen. And i was unable to dl or listen to any songs at all. Now it won't open at all.

    There are so many bugs. So so many. This cannot be a competitive music streaming service and have such basic flaws. Songs stop at odd times. The app actually closes completely if another app makes some sound. Soundcloud, Spotify, Tidal - none of these do that. The app hangs, doesn't buffer. I've used iTunes since 2005, bought *thousands* of euros worth of songs with iTunes, ripped all my CDs over the last 11 years and this App makes accessing my (lawful) music impossible. Update: a few years later and the bugginess continues. Streaming with full internet doesn't work. What is this app for? Just hangs and hangs and doesn't load a second, can't hold buffer, randomly stops downloading. Ugh.

    That's bad. It's bad bad Like if you think mass homicide is bad, that's worse.. I have tested beta apps that are better than this, actually all of the the beta apps i have tested are better than this ....thing.... I decided to try this because my Spotify subscription was ending and I just ended up renewing it...

    Literally not usable. Can't go 5 seconds without it asking me to log in again even though every time its successful in loging into my account. I have a subscription so I should be able to simply listen to music but alas it's apparently literally impossible. Rediculous.

    App constantly crashes. Will be playing a song and just stop in the middle for no reason. Music in my iTunes library doesn't show up. Music thats there one day not there the next. I really want to like this app but they need to fix the bugs

    It's always crashing and right now it won't even play music. The only reason I'm using it is because I have a free 6 month subscription but idk if that's enough to encourage me to use it.

    The music ends if I close the app and it ends all of my songs a few seconds prior to them finishing. This makes the transitions really sloppy when I play my albums through in order, which I do all the time. If this would get fixed it would make this app much better.

    The application has a great user interface. My only complaint is that downloaded music does not seem to play when my phone is offline. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I will give this app 5 stars once this issue is fixed.

    Literally the worst music app I've used it of this, Spotify, Google and YouTube music. Transferred over from an iPhone, but Apple music deleted about 1/4 of my music (which a long time ago, I had paid for on iTunes) without any notification or indication it was doing so. Luckily, Google music had automatically backed up all of my songs and had them all, even the rare ones you can't find in stealing services these days. Also, the app is constantly giving me an error message that it can't play the music right now. I'd recommend Google music if you have a backlog of music already, or Spotify if you're looking to start a new collection. Apple is trash.

    I love this app and find the overall UI and UX much better than Google Play Music. It has an EQ and option to download songs to SD Card. The "For You" and "Browse" sections are amazing for finding new songs to listen to. The option of viewing Lyrics is a remarkable. The radio is also amazing and I find myself listening to Beats 1 a lot. I hope the developers keep focusing on the android app.

    Why should I pay $10/mnth to play music I already purchased? The only thing I need this app for is to listen to my iTunes library on my Samsung. Will just keep using Google Play!

    The only thing this app lacks is the ability to put it on continuous play. When a Playlist ends it doesn't start over so you have to go back into it.

    Overall, the app gets the job done but can we please get landscape mode. Sucks being stuck in portrait mode even if using the phone in landscape

    On Pixel 2, Pie, doesn't download music. Status keeps rotating no progress. In library 'Downloaded music' tab doesn't show even after placing it at top above genres. Tried reinstalling, sign out, sign in NOTHING HELPS. DOWNLOAD MUSIC IS BROKEN!

    It's very glitchy, and music you download one day will be gone the next with no explanation. Just get spotify, this one isnt worth it.

    This is the best shot for Indians who listen to English. Some not-a-big-deal bugs but I'll keep the subscription just because of the English collection apple music offers. But only until Spotify in India, fingers crossed

    I hate this app a lot I just tryed to go on to a playlist on the online side of the app so I could have a look and download some music from that playlist and it was taking a very long time to load then the playlist was taking so long to load that the app stopped working then it blanked out then the screen on my phone turned black because this app stopped working then my phone started running very slow because of the useless app stopped working. I give this app a ratting of 1/10 that is how useless it is. I only download the app so I could have all the music on my phone from my iPod.

    Good music player. Load times need to be improved. Also live lyrics (highlighting which line is playing in song in lyrics) will be a nice addition. Developers are really working hard I guess. I have recently installed the app and many bugs have been resolved in this short amount of time. Kudos devs. Keep the updates coming.

    Worked fine until the update, now when selecting a song a totally different song plays, even songs not on the playlist! Have to hold the selected song to show its details, then select the small thumbnail before it plays. Also sound not always work correctly! Why update when it was fine! Won't be renewing subscription for this now poor app!

    Issues that i think should be fixed: *very slow compared to spotify *only shows 3 items in recent search history. All history shud be visible. *Needs equalizer * lots of albums have wrong released years

    Obviously this app is meant to be run on an iOS device. It runs pretty slowly, restarts my playlist frequently, and sometimes refuses to load. However, I've been using Apple Music too long and have a library that is way too big to migrate to another platform so I will just keep this one for now.

    Using from last 2.5 months. Pros: great music collection including various music genres. Easy to navigate UI Essential playlists are good. Cons: Too much buggy interface Does't use internet sometimes. Takes time to buffer tracks. Even downloaded tracks take time to buffer sometimes. Use only if you need great collection of songs. If you are Indian and only into Bollywood music & pop songs, no need to suffer for this buggy unfinished application.

    :( I have been using this for 4 months, and today suddenly it asks me to subscribe for a plan, but I'm in a family plan, and other users of that family plan can use it normally, except me :(. I appear like I'm into the plan, but I can't use the app. Please, help!

    This app was free with EE, but now with 2 months left it's gone funny, won't download or play my Playlist. It was brill at first, Spotify wins by far, adverts or not!

    It's a great app. Couple of glitches with the songs from time to time and I experience a slight delay between choosing a song and the song actually playing. Other than this, it's perfect, I use this on a daily and it also helps make iPhone uses freak out, which is an added bonus.

    The app is more stable with the new update. However, I am not able to view albums nor playlists. I have to go through multiple steps to play the playlist I want. I'm a heavy user of this app.

    Used to work great. App doesn't work anymore hardly ever. It keeps stopping and won't play and it keeps skipping songs in the middle of a song. I keep having to foreclose and clear case and it will work properly for a couple of songs then it stops or skips songs again. I have a LOT of music on this app too. It royally sucks!!! I've sent emails to support numerous times and no response from anyone. Fix everything and I'll rate as 5 stars like it used to be bit until then I wouldn't even give it a 1.

    It doesn't work well enough. I mean it does the job but their is some flaws in the app. Like it take way more time than sportify to load a song and it bug way much.

    3 stars just because it's the biggest library in the world with the best available quality consuming less space (thanks to m4a). But the Android app simply sucks. You have to stay connected to internet even you have you have downloaded your music off line. I cannot listen to music in no internet zone and that really hurts. Next is there's no Marquee for Song Title and most of the titles of unknown songs cannot be read completely. Nor does this app supports Landscape mode which could have at least given much more space for the title and we could have viewed the full titles. Lastly, I but a lot of albums from iTunes I cannot find my purchased music. Like in the album 'Inception' few tracks are not available in Apple Music you can only access them if you purchase the full album. But these purchased albums dont show up here in Apple Music. I have to trasfer the file from PC to my phone and that really sucks.

    The bugs are ridiculous with this. Half the time my playlist will just stop playing while I'm driving so I have to switch to the radio. Not all people want to buy they new thousand dollar phone or can afford it so it would be nice if you could optimize your app like spotify because that app works way better on both platforms than you app. It's not hard, if spotify can do it, I think you can too but only if you choose to which you probably wont because that's how apple is and will always be.

    If I had 10 cents for every time this app forcibly logged me out and deleted all my downloaded music I could buy all the album's it keeps deleting and save myself the headache.

    I get into the app and can't play music online and can only play downloaded songs. The only problem is that it won't let me download any songs or albums so im stuck listening to the same 3 songs which i downloaded days before the problem came up.

    Doesn't even let me pass on the sign-in/create new Apple ID, so, one star. This is why I hate Apple.
