    Deleting after my phone keeps alerting me shazam is using the mic in the background even after I've killed the app and not used it in over a week.

    Came back to Shazam and Wow what an improvement the app was a real help at a recent family wedding reception gathering for Shazmming all the DJ's tracks i liked to enable me to buy them later on.

    Tells you the song usually within 5 seconds, but when your listening to songs you shazamed in the past, it always cuts off the preview before the most recognizable parts. But does as advertised

    I am sitting next to high-end speakers in a Bang & Olufsen shop. Shazam can't catch 'We don't talk anymore' 'Where are you now' and many songs.

    Very nice app than Sony id, I think history of the artist or song can be provided to make it more enjoyable. Sony used to have that.

    Bring back Spotify support I used to be able to tag a song and then instantly play it in Spotify and favorite it from the Shazam app. Now all Spotify support has been removed and I have to manually search for the song in Spotify. Uninstalling this app.

    Used to be brilliant - but now ... Do you have an ageing grandparent who's gone a bit deaf? The constantly say "Sorry I didn't get that" or totally misshear - that's Shazam today, and no speaking louder won't help. And like the aging grandparent they constantly deny there's anything wrong with their hearing. Is it beyond help? Maybe if they used some of the money they make out of the millions of adverts and invested it in better recognition software (or went back to the old stuff) it would improve drastically, But money speaks - and makes it impossible to hear what other people are saying.

    What the hell is up with the ads that open themselves AND stop my music?! I'd give it 5 stars for accuracy but the ads interfere with the app SO MUCH that it makes the app an absolute horror to use!!!

    Does not recognise quite a few songs tested it whilst listening to Robert Plant and didn't get it just tried Steve Harley come up and see me didn't recognise that either and that is a very well known track.

    how to Play the music? It Can't play the music. It always say "oopss can't play this track right now" wth is wrong in here? The signal is full!

    It's awesome when it works! It's so annoying when you try to rush and shazam a song and you can't get the app to work. When it does its amazing. Just a little frustrating sometimes.

    Stopped working after update I love this app. But since the past few updates, none of the songs are being recognized no matter how close i am to the source. Also, the camera feature doesn't work. 'An error occurred while connecting ti camera'

    It Hardly Identifies Music Anymore Isn't the point of Shazan that it identifies songs that we like but don't know the name of? Well, with every update it recognizes less and less music, even songs I know it identified in the past and now it barely recognizes anything. Even stuff on the radio. It now takes up almost 100MB of space on my phone, keeps putting out useless updates with bells and whistles that we don't need or care about but hardly works with regards to the main purpose of the app. If they don't improve soon goodbye Shazam.

    Yeah, it's "just" ok Would like to have the functionality of listening to a song while offline and then try to match it when Wi-Fi or data connection is available, but now the app closes when there's no connection...

    Needs a loud volume to work... Most of the time when i here a song in the mall its usually quite so have a hard time shazaming it. Make it pick up low volumes quicker.

    Playback I could play a small part of the song when shazamed and it also automatically synced with my Spotify. But all that is gone.

    Update issues Ever since the recent update, it does not load. It takes about 3 minutes to load the Shazam home page. It worked great until the update!

    Don't update the app It was amazing now I need to have internet to shazam a song. I liked it when you didn't need it and it would save the song then tell you the name when you got WiFi

    A suggestion Could you please add a way to be able to shazam music that's playing on your phone instead if borrowing someone's phone in order to shazam it, I sometimes want to know the name of certain songs from instagrame, youtube, also Facebook, but I'm unable because shazam won't listen to it if you switch tabs.
