best indie music app I love bandcamp, and I always feel good about buying music directly from bands. I've easily spent $100+ here

Good stuff. Worth using the app if you listen to music on bandcamp anyway.

Music app I use the most

Decent, but would love Chromecast support Works well, ability to cache, but would be better with Chromecast support. I'm a huge fan of the service for buying music from my favorite artists.

Just for PTH I honestly only got this app for Protest The Hero in order to continue supporting their musical genius, but it's actually quite a great find!

Wish more artist would get on the bandcamp wagon

Very poor media playback. For an audio app, the media player should be improved. You have to scroll just to get it to pop up, it doesn't resume, no fast forward or rewind a few seconds. Please improve.

This app does not give you the option to let a song repeat after it has finished playing. And going with what the others have stated, you have to either sign out and back in or close the app and open it again for a song to play again. I probably shouldn't have downloaded this app.

Great app for finding new bands and being able to get a lot of preview before buying. Prices for buying albums are more than reasonable; often letting you choose how much to pay.

Shopping cart This app needs a shopping cart. Its currently useless for buying more than one item from a store.

I love Bandcamp The app is very easy to use. Much like the their music service, it's better than their competitors because of the simplicity. Bandcamp gets that it's better to do a few things very well then many things poorly.

I love band camp and what they stand for. The app works fine, but I wish it was easier to add single tracks and preview them within my shopping cart. Website has the same problem. I'm a deejay so being able to preview tracks fast and efficiently saves me a lot of time.

Great Though would love to be able to download tracks through the app, at least for offline play. Obviously I can download on my desktop PC at home and then transfer to my mobile, but it would be really nice to be able to simply download through the app.

Keeps crashing Will listen for a few minutes then freeze/crash on every title. And this is a paid app...

Best service, worst app. You can't even delegate to another player. Until you've bought something by a band you find in the feed, it's almost impossible to find the band - even the band's name. Once you own it, you can "go to artist". Srsly one of the shittest music apps ever, but a great service and the best place to buy stuff to support artists. Just hold your nose, dl the WAVs and use something which has been, you know, *designed* in some way.

it function but the design is as terrible as the web....so anti user and force feeding "suggested artist" song that i won't ever listen to more than 5 sec. I got over 20 purchase and follow a dozen more artists, how hard is it to suggest similar artist instead? and whats the point of follow when i can't have a basic clear list to show followed artist news ONLY? in web site theres a top right list show 4 new release from artist you follow, good. click show more on it? spam stupid suggestion again

It's a great music player and market, my only complaint is that the app doesn't have the option to add music to a cart like on the website.

Fantastic I've used bandcamp for years, never knew they had an app. Loved the elevator music when I first turned it on. Nice touch. Excellent app. Great sound quality. Approved!

Can't use artist account to log in I know it's a decent app so I'm giving it 3 stars but I can't log in to my artist account, says I can only use a fan account :c

This is a great app! Honestly I love this because it's a better rendition to SoundCloud and I love posting music on here! Check out my songs on iTunes & Spotify by searching Kilotile. Will be posting more music on Bandcamp soon!

Passable, but could be great I'd love a more Android feeling interface as well as Chromecast support.

Sweet app for music lovers!

Refuses to even let me log in to my account. So its functionality is less than 0.

I had to reinstall to make an account. I was then not allowed to type any letter into the username bar except a and i. All uppercase letters were banned and all othe letters were banned. I tried to select words using autocorrect and they were translated to something along the lines of "aaaaiiiaiaiiaiaiiairags" so if you see someone by that name know that it's because this worthless app decided to ban all letters besides a and i and for whatever reason add "rags" to the end.

A good app generally, sometimes get lost navigating around. Also the ability to Chromecast would have gained it an extra star

Great music. Application

It is a very decent app. Nothing much going on, except saving albums as wishlist is nice. I don't understand why I can't play some music on repeat which are hilariously expensive but on chrome I can? Why would I need an app when the site works better? Please fix this issue and make the playback seamless and unrestricted on this app. This could be a nice music streaming app for exclusive music but it is missing a lot more features. And also, this app stays in memory more than it should, even after closing the app you can still play music from the notif. bar; need to fix that.

Wanted to 5 start it, but... I couldn't figure out how to download albums. If that's not an option, it sucks, and if that is an option, maybe put an overtly labeled link like, anywhere?

Fantastic app that I didn't know existed until recently. I only wish it had a notification controller so I can skip tracks while the app is in the background.

No notification bar player, no search history, stops playing randomly while in background
