    great but.. having statement downloads, and graphical representations of all the withdrawals and deposits (just as how it can be seen on the web browser) in the app would be helpful!

    Always need to register device Its been maybe 20th times that i need to register my device. Its gettin annoying now bcoz in case of emergency or need to transfer between acc i get surprised that i need to register my device again and i dont even know by heart my access no. And also the net guard needs to be placed again and again. Aside from that app is good but not sure why that keeps happenin to me.hope u can help me. Thanks!

    Good Unless i'm blind, it's good for balances, transfers, and paying bills only. Please please add statement downloads (desktop site always fails on my tablet), and exporting transactions (without netguard) since moneymap is going.

    1st attempt repeatedly logs back out 28/9 Update - The need to log in at least twice still persists. Not ideal and a fix would be appreciated. Original review (Aug 2015) - A very functional and well laid out app. However, I'm always having to repeat the log in as after my first attempt I am automatically signed out??? A simple reinstall does not fix this problem.

    Best banking app around... Easy to use... Helps me save more money than I usually would... Mainly because the app allows me to take full control of my finances in the tip of my fingers... Cheers BNZ

    Very good I like it very much very usefull with instant balance and connecting to trademe .im like a few others and would also like to see a feature to set up auto payments ....and somtimes when I log in it logs me out again straight away ... Security is the message it pops up with .:)

    App works well, but have downgraded 1 star, because I have been asking for it display the "Overall balance" at the top like it does on a computer. Great if you have multiple accounts and don't want to do the math. Can't be that hard surely. Do that to get your 5th star back.

    Good except... A very nice app with great layout and features. Only odd problem is that (more often than not) once logged in it immediately crashes back out when selecting an account, with the message 'for security reasons your account has been timed out'. I only just started!

    Excellent except for one absurdity Why don't you have the 'dot' on the same screen as the numbers when inputting amount you want to transfer/pay. Seems ridiculous to have to tap 'sym' and go to another screen for the dot and then back again if you aren't transferring exact dollar amounts. Otherwise, the app is excellent. Barely use the website now.

    The best banking app Certainly the best banking app by far, the options, customization and ease of use sets the bar for NZ mobile banking. Would be nice if you could receive notifications when deposits have been made though, handy for those of us waiting for payments to come in, and means we wouldn't have to check the app several times a day.

    I like... The prepay top up update. But it needs to have Spark + Skinny as a provider option then again it shall receive the 5* rating it once had

    Brilliant So far I'm really enjoying the app... Only things which is like them to add is statement download and option of quick PIN access. Other than that so far sweet. Maybe also if there were a way to create and edit automatic transfers/payments within the app, that too would be very useful. Great response work too BNZ!

    Order of Accounts You can't rearrange order in which accounts appear in grid or list formats. Very annoying. Unused accounts can appear first while much used accounts appear at the bottom. Also message function doesn't send. On flip side transferring money and making payments are a breeze. Interface is user friendly and other than account order is quite smart.

    One of the better designed mobile Banking out there, load times are quick, like for like with website, a good UI /UX for customers, I would make one suggestion is to put "up and coming payments" button on the main page instead of going through the menu.

    No payment option from mobile Every other bank have pay way by android devices, but bnz not. From long time they are saying they are developing app for pay way payments but still nothing. Disappointed

    Fingerprint scanner This app constantly crashes my fingerprint scanner when I have fingerprint scanning enabled forcing me to have to restart my phone for it to work again.

    After the latest update I can't transfer funds between accounts, or make any payments, I goto to select the transfer 'from' account then it goes straight to the main menu every time, tried reinstalling app but still the something...useless now!!! & Eric? Would love to email you but to what email address?? Sheesh!!
