    Awesome idea for getting around town quick and easy, the E-bike fleet does most of my getting around local establishments, electric motion for Portland is a game changer for all residents and it is also available to those who are financially hardship and can't afford a automobile so all those that are receiving food benefits from your local AFS office can submit a request and get a scooter and bike pass I hope that helps greatly!!!

    The company in the app suck. I've done multiple searches on how to end a ride so that I'm not overcharged and cannot find one. I found a few articles that the app prompted me to read. When I open the article, it immediately shuts and I'm unable to read it.

    The worst e scooter ever. So expensive, so bureaucratic, way too intrusive during the ride and good luck parking it in a prescribed spot. Also, the auto credit feature in the app is borderline theft! Never again, I'd rather walk.👎

    dang those birds are fast! just as I downloaded the app, BAM! There's a Bird right in front of me. it took like 5 seconds to add my payment info and off I went the rest of the way to the auto parts store and back to finish repairing my car it took just over 11 minutes, whereas walking would've took close to an hour. AWESOME THANKS!

    You are often told you are in a slow zone. This isn't for safety it's too make money as when you get back towards the centre when going fast could be dangerous you can go fast. When the path is wide and safe to go fast you can't. All the slowness does in these zones is to make Bird more money

    CHARGER MODE: Often times, does not work as intended. Location is most always incorrect. Puts me in the middle of Timbuktu depending on which page you are on! Frustrating! Often times, scooters are not where the app says they are. Scan feature needs to work better if it works at all. Pages in the charger app do not work as intended: 1 Can never refresh the my birds Page by swiping down. This has never worked. 2 Often times, an error message will pop up telling you that the bird being released, is not in your task list even though, it is in my task list. NOTE: A BIG FYI, it's no longer called "my tasks." Somewhere along the lines, it's been changed to "my birds." RIDER MODE: Scooters are often not where it tells the rider they are. Frustrating to say the least!

    These things are dangerous. Ride at your own risk. The brake lever broke off the first time I used it and I had to do the Flinstone braking method. Luckily I wasn't near an intersection.

    If I could give Bird -10/10 I would. I could not possibly rate this garbage any lower. The billing is a complete nightmare. The invoices are a complete nightmare. The method used to charge the account is atrocious. With all the competition in the area, no need to go with bird. Bullcrap, complete bullcrap

    App wouldn't scan barcode or let me enter it. Then made me turn on Bluetooth. Still nothing. App needs major work. Also, too many issues with scooters. 3 out of 4 wouldn't work

    The ride is nice but greed is taking over I can take an Uber to work for $2 less then it would cost for a bird a bird does not have Windows and metal to keep the wind rain and sun off of you it does not have climate control to keep you warmer or cool and it roughly $30 an hour to use a bird 26 times I could have my own freaking scooter

    super easy to ride, the app was easy to navigate. we had lots of fun. my 1only complaint is not knowing how much it is gonna cost untill ride is over. they should have pre priced ride times, like $20 for 30 min. other then that it was a lot of fun to ride around the city. will use again

    My wife and I rented a pair of Birds down on South Congress and originally planned on just seeing what the hype was about. 2 hours later, we had seen most of the nearby neighborhoods. We found a particularly "Austin-tacious" mosaic bridge back on East Side drive. I guess what I am saying is... These things are fun, man. It was a great way for us to house dream in the old neighborhoods. They are easy to ride and the App works well. The only thing I would ask: Have the app make it more clear on what Birds are available and unlocked. I spent a few minutes trying to "steal" someone else's go-go. If you want a fun date, rent one and go tour around. We found it way more fun than we had even imagined. Thanks guys, what a cool day.

    Super fun and simple to use when you can actually find one. The map to find one is way off and when I do find one, it is either dead or the plate with the qr code is ripped off.

    It is absolutely ridiculous that I would have to download and install this app, and then create an account, just to let you know about an illegally parked scooter. All the other scooter companies have the option to scan the QR code and click on "illegally parked". Since I had to invest 20 minutes of my day just to let you know to come pick up a dumped scooter, I figured I might as well leave a review. It's just 5 minutes.

    The app was cumbersome to use AND THE SCOOTER WOULDN'T WORK AFTER ALREADY PAYING. we could not cancel the ride either because we had to run to find a parking spot, resulting in a $6.00 charge when no ride was taken (literally had to carry the scooter). I am hopeful my bank will allow me to dispute any charges posted on my credit card.

    Is there a physical lock or just per app? The bike is super difficult to ride. The pedal assist at first would not kick in. After pedalling for 5 minutes straight and real hard it starts all of a sudden and am almost thrown off the bike. Then after biking for ten more minutes it throttles all of a sudden!! I am also being charged 9euro for what exactly?! Reservation fees even though I haven't reserved any bike? Like what?

    Terrible app, never works properly, overcharges for rides, scooters work badly, and customer service copy/pastes responses and never actually helps solve anything. Do better! Wayyyyyy better!

    I am very clearly in a parking location with a bike rack on my campus and yet no matter what I do it won't let me park and continues the ride when I have to leave the scooter behind to continue with my day. It will continue to charge me and will not allow me to turn off the auto reload either.

    The most awful experience ever! When I wanted to park the bike in a parking spot indicated by the app, the app crashed and it constantly said I was in a no parking space. I tried 3 different parking spots (also marked as OK in the app) and it kept saying I am in a no parking zone. I had to block my card because I was still charged while running to find a spot. Nice try, Bird :) I would not recommend this, there are other more safe and secure electric bikes.
