    9-24-21 not getting messages again! Suddenly NOT receiving updates for activity on my acct. Nothing wrong with settings through bank or on my phone. Happened after app update ant 2 weeks ago. Can this get fixed asap? 3-24-21 suddenly working again. I'll see how it goes for now.

    I'M REALLY TIRED OF NOT RECEIVING NOTIFICATIONS WHEN I USE MY CARD. REALLY CONSIDERING ON GOING TO A DIFFERENT BANK IF THIS ISSUE DOESN'T GET RESOLVED SOON. I WANT TO KNOW WHEN MY MONEY IS BEING SPENT. I also had issues with the app telling me that "Sorry, this feature isn't available on this device". I uninstalled app and reinstalled it and then that enable me to turn push notifications on.

    This app NEVER works. I have autofill and sometimes it logs me in then sometimes it says my login/password is wrong, but how? Then I try to reset my password and it tells me my account doesn't exist. I've had nothing but problems with this bank!

    The notifications feature isn't working again. So your account can be emptied out, and you won't know until you think to log in just to check. Waiting for them to do an investigation does you a disservice. That that's 7 - 10 business days, and an excessive amount of time to call creditors to tell them fraudulent activity posted to your account. I had mine on all transactions for notifications and it was magically switched. I put it back on all, and still no notifications when debits are made.

    Completely unacceptable. None of the features work. No matter what I try to use, I get an error informing me that "I do not have access to this feature". This app should never have been rolled out. It is clearly far from being ready and needs A LOT of work RIGHT NOW!! Completely unaccepted to treat clients like this. I am more than disappointed in BMO for this catastrophe of a mobile banking solution. Couldn't be worse. This is an absolute disgrace and a sham. 9/10/21

    I don't understand what the problem is with this app but it always either takes forever to load only to take me to an error page saying "return to login" . Or it takes forever to load then takes forever to load once it let's me log in. This app is more of a hassle than anything and calling in to the bank does nothing because they seem to not know anything about the app.

    I am disgusted with employee named Neem who after waiting 2 hours to speak with bmo customer service, couldn't help me set up an on line mobile banking app, as I requested him to send me a link which would have made things easier to download bmo Canada on line mobile banking app,rather Neem transferred my 2 hours wait call to an American bmo Harris, WHY, How difficult was for him to set me up and not throw me out of the bus. This person needs to find another JOB NOW.PLEASE kindly help me .

    Ive had this app for years and i love it, but lately its been acting up and its starting to frustrate me bad, it takes 15 mins just to get in the app for the last week or so , i dont know what the problem is but i hope its fixed real sooner than later .. Do not use this app for online bill pay it duplicates your payments , its only good for checking your balance ..do not use this app for anything else its still TERRIBLE

    I have never received any push notifications using this app. Not once. Even with notification settings turned on in the app and with other configurations properly set, I have yet to receive a single notification of anything. And I have been using this app for years now. It doesn't matter if I am using Android phones or an iphone, the same problems. I have to constantly check my mobile app to make sure there is nothing going on that suspicious because of failed notifications from this BMO app.
