    Where did my BK Crown money go???? It was bad enough none of your restaurants could load the payment code ... I think I used it twice on over 20 tries ...now my $$$ is just gone !

    The bk app is way better than the McDonald's app, but I did notice it has a hard time connecting to the WiFi once your at the restaurant, but other than that great deals!!!

    I live in Alaska so all the coupons are on here are completely useless! They don't even have coupons for us!

    App stopped working, wasn't able to sign in, kept saying phone number in use. Called BK said to uninstall and then reinstall, still the same result

    Not working. At BK. Full signal including using their wifi. Still won't open coupons. Useless. App is getting worse not better.

    Worthless. It's 2016, Where is Online Ordering? A wholly worthless app that allows you to find the nearest BK (which you can do faster and easier with Google Maps) and view the menu (which everyone over the age of 5 already knows). Oh, you can get coupons for your local BK, which are worse than the paper ones that are mass mailed on a daily basis. No on-line ordering, which is really stupid. Don't waste your time.

    Since update, sitting in front of tyre store, app won't open to coupons anymore. Have tried several times. Can't order at the regular store now, for some reason. Opens, location, setting and most of the app menu, but not coupons

    Went in to Burger King to try out the app. Failed to redeem the coupon every time I tried. The cashier told me I was out of luck. Sad day.

    App use to work once upon a time until they updated it and completely broke it...9 times out of 10 wont even load...smh

    Mostly right. Just need to make all condiment options have a + too, not just a few things. For example, I always want extra tomato, but it will only have some or none.

    The app is great. Great deals. I wish other fast food restaurants had apps half as good as this for sales. Too bad Burger King's food isn't all that great to begin with.

    Server error results in coupon disappearing and the restaurant not honoring the price. Imagine sitting in the drive thru and everyone's phone in the car with the app getting the same error.

    It logs me out then says my password is incorrect & never sends the reset email. There's no purpose of having this bc it simply will not work as it should. Ask McDonald's for help, their app works very well.
