    No dedicated button for reoccurring payments so I missed the first payment. The app will have you input your banking info leaving you to think that your payment will process. Nope. Hidden beneath 3 buttons you see the setup reoccurring payments option. Please fix

    Usually apps are confusing and you can't find or use information that you need (like my chase app) but this one is amazing! It's all there in plain sight..love it!! I'm just glad a company is finally allowing me to build my credit!

    The app is good, the company however, well they could do a lot of work on their customers service. Every time I call I get some jerk who isn't happy at their job. News flash, this just end no is happy with their job. Suck it up. The "above suit people" really should take a look into their customers service area of their business.

    Since upgrading my phone I can no longer use the app. Everytime I try to log on it tells me oops we hit a snag try again. Who the hell am I supposed to pay my Bill's if I can't use the damn app?

    It will not even open. It has been saying for a month that an issue has occurred and they're working on it but hasn't been fixed yet.

    The app is very easy to understand. I've never had it shut down or act crazy! I wish my bank app would work as well as this one does.

    Love being able to check all my transactions and pay my bill easily. Plus I can see any changes to my credit report. No problems so far

    Incredible user friendly app. It is very easy to make payments and to set up automatic bill pay. I like being able to have a way to easily log in, link and check my balances on all my capital one accounts as well as my cash back rewards. It shows my payment due dates and balances in a nice and simple to understand format.This app makes my life alot easier.

    This app has about all the features needed to keep track of my account. I love the finger print log in and wish more apps had this feature. I would like to be able to view my card agreement from inside the app however.

    Love the app. Makes it very easy to keep track of your balances on your cards and manage the payments. Especially for those who are trying to build up their credit.

    Hate it. Every time i try to make a payment it won't go through till 2 weeks later. I called and talked to someone and they told me they don't have any control over the app... yeah right....

    This app is horrible to navigate, I want to increase my automatic payment amount but there is no way to do this.

    Used properly, this card will boost your credit score within a few years. My score was 490 when I applied for the $200.00 secured card through capital one. I've owned this card for three years now and my credit limit is jumped to $3000.00 and my credit score is 650. Furthermore, customer service is friendly and helpful.

    This app is as simple yet complete as online banking can get. The icons and buttons are easy to distinguish and language and terms used are just as fast yo understand. One of the reasons capital one is the only card I keep all three years... Class leading customer service and products.

    Of all the banking apps I use, it's the best. Only minor complaint, when I launch it for the first time each day it doesn't need to let me know it logged out my session from the light before... I expect it to. The notice is just an extra prompt to click through.

    I'm not sure if my previous feedback had an effect, or if someone on your dev team pointed out the new security features, however the app now only requires one permission, and even explains why this permission is needed while requesting access. I can honestly say I'm pleased with the way the app handles, though I took a star off for letting me know every single time I open the app that I've been logged off for security reasons. It would be nice to have a "do not show this again" option for that.

    So quick fast and easy. Just like when you use it. Is accepted for everything and watched closely for fraud. A little like give and take. 😂 they take the time and extra effort to make sure I an my account are safe and I love it!!!

    Worst application ever never can open application correctly says they are working on the problem uninstalled reinstalled nothing even installed on old phone no luck terrible app.... Error mesage: "Looks like we need to fix something, so we are working on it" been like that since day one even after upgrade same thing just terrible

    Easy to use and especially informational with everything you need from paying my bill to seeing how much I've been spending also since I got mine for my credit it helps me to see how far I'm coming along I love it

    Capital One shows so much love to its customers. The app is very easy to use and the cash back rewards are super cool. Hands down they are the truth. They have also helped me to rebuild my credit. Thanks Capital One.

    Fast and simple way to pay your account, check your credit, and link your bank accounts. It also is really easy to lock your card incase you misplaced it and unlock it once your find it. I also like that it allows you to replace damaged cards with the touch of a button. This is a fantastic and simple to use app. I highly recommend

    Works great for me 360 account and Spark business card. Wondering if we'll ever get to use the app for our Spark Business checking/savings accounts? When that happens, my rating will go to 5.

    Functional, swift ID is a nice way to track credit scores and the quick glance feature does not require login authentication. The thumbprint function has been less reliable on a previous version but better since updated

    I absolutely love the convenience of this app. Making payments is super easy and posts very next day, so long as you havent gone over your balance. Do that and it can take several days to reflect. Only happened once to make me learn never to happen again. Anyway, props to developers for making a seamless and easy app to accomplish 99% of what I'd be calling customer service to find out or do.

    Perfectly functional app, helpful features. I do have one suggestion: Implimenting a minor security option be that keeps the sureswipe pattern invisible during unlocking the app, in case one is in public - especially considering many people use the same pattern across multiple apps and even as their phone unlock - to maximize safety.

    Wish they would finally add fingerprint log on that would work. Having to continuously do to step verification is annoying. Just verify my phone once then let me finger print to log in.

    This app completely takes over your phone. Be in any other app and leave this one in the background. As soon as it signs you out while in the background, it takes over whatever app you are in just to tell you that it logged out. Could be a game, could be a movie, or a phone call or text you are currently working on, this app does not care it thinks it is more important than whatever you are doing right now. Until this stops it gets a 1 star, and you should give it one too!

    Gets the job done. lets me pay my bill, this is my first credit card so I can't compare it a much to other companies. People over here complaining about permission like... Don't use apps then? Facebook, messager, texting apps, bank apps all require a boat load of permissions. If you don't want anyone having the possibility of having all your info in this day and age you gonna need to stop using connections to the internet. Like hell even Equifax one of the 3 credit companies you HAVE to use got hacked recently. So, these guys "having" your contact information isn't going to make life any worse . 10% review 90% rant.

    I am making it easier to pay off Capital One credit card once a month or sooner. I like Capital one for extra money when I need it. So easy to pay my light bill, Easy-to-use and pay off.

    The app is really good but there is no cash advance fee push notifications. This is misleading. I receive push notifications for payments made with my credit card and so I didn't realize or remember that I was charged a cash advance fee until after I checked the account online.

    App works 2 days out of the week, but usually requires you to call into customer care. It's dysfunctional to the point where we just go through the web browser to get anything done.

    I have to enter password 90% of the times just to log into this app. Annoying!!! Did setup to use fingerprint which surprisingly works sometimes. Even login with pincode is not available which is useful if you want a quick login. IT guys learn something from either USAA or Discover, their apps are amazing. Never had any issues with them.

    You asked me to rate. Pretty damn glitchy. But it's still useful. If it weren't for the glitches it would be perfect. (Glitches are: passing through error screens every single time I open the app, lag)

    I like CapitalOne Alot itself, and how most of it works. Mostly the awesome looking card, and being able to build my credit with a low secured limit. However the customer service I experienced due to my first payment not going through, witch I had no idea why not. But the first gentlemen pretty much said a payment was posted and cleared. But then it was rejected. And he had no idea where the money had gone "The money was removed from my account and not returned 4days later then I called and spoke to a women. She was a supervisor. Ohmygosh was she rude. But thank you very much CapitalOne and I hope this payment I just posted goes though! Lol.

    I like this app it's easy to use and make payments and the staff are wonderful they will do their best to help you understand and I appreciate everything you guys do I rated 3 stars before and now I have changed to 5 because they deserve it thanks capital one
