    O love this game but after the last few updates it keeps crashing. Cant get full gameplay because it instantly glitches & crash.... I am changing my rating & forced to uninstall this game due to the constant crashing glitching losing energy coins & timed worlds ....Ive read every rating & EVERYONE is telling you to fix the crashi g yet nothing has happened....this was one of my faves & you the company has turned me off to all of your Content!!! Very umhappy

    Its exhausting constantly running out of energy, have to pay and pay and pay more and honestly its not fun anymore, i will delete this game same as gardenscape....same old story.

    Just uninstalled after playing (and paying) for a couple of months, It's next to impossible to play this without paying and before a dev hypes up getting a few energy for watching a video - it hardly matters when a tree costs 66 energy to clear. The problem, still unaddressed, has always been the high cost of clearing. Merge Island was my final straw. Bought the pass, spent all my chocolate and gems on extra energy, played constantly due to the limited time frame and still did not come close to finishing. I don't have a problem paying for a game but I do when it becomes a constant cash grab; it's impossible to pay without playing; or I'm effectively getting next to nothing despite paying. Needs to increase time limits and/or decrease energy cost - as has been suggested by dozens of players on your Facebook page for months now.

    Not worth wasting your time with this game. As other players said, the amount of energy you need for getting resources is too high, making it playable for a few minutes at a time. Today there was an update and usually when that happens, every player gets a few resources. The message was bugged for me and I was unable to claim my rewards. I contacted support about it and they indirectly called me a liar saying I had already claimed the gifts.

    Waiting time is too much for certain tasks in factories. Energy required for different tasks is too much. I would rate 5 stars if waiting time is reduced and energy-use is modified. Which will also attract the player to play more.

    WOODEN SPATULA. Requirements to make one are astronomically high. You need huge planks, sticks, rocks... To get this materials you need to cut down several big trees!?!?! you need so much wood for a little spatula to make a soup hahaha. you can't be serious, this is utter nonsense. I can't think of anything else about this requirement other than it is to make people pay in order to make a tiny progress. well you went too far, so you won't get my support.
