    Absolutely garbage. The how is an app under daily maintenance for over a month. All I get is redirected back to the login screen when I try to login due to "scheduled maintenance." The issues go beyond the app, centurylink is simply an inferior provider don't spend money with them and certainly don't download this pathetic excuse of an application

    I finally got century link after a month from my order and tried setting it up last week, when it didn't work, I called support and they scheduled an appointment the next week to fix my modem connection. They sent an email that said that they would CONTACT me when they would come. I have not received a single call, text, or email since then. I called at 7:32pm and also tried contacting their support chat. It's extremely frustrating to wait MONTHS for wifi when I've ALREADY PAID!

    you would think a company the size of CenturyLink would have a functional web site. when we signed up for internet, we were given a deal if we paid online, got the app, to this day over a year later my app is still telling me when my install date is and my service completed. can't pay bill.

    I've had service for over 25 years (simply because they are all bad- from what I hear). That said I lost my good email app( don't know what I did). Now I upload centurylinks app and lose it in a week ( error 404,). Have to delete and reinstall. This is ridiculous. Internet. Not even going there.

    My internet service went out on 9/25/2021 I call for service and after troubleshooting it was determined that I needed a technician to come out to look at the outside box or I needed a new modem, however they were unable to send any help until 10/02/2021. which is unacceptable, poor service, and disregard for me as a paying customer, if the choice was mines I would choose to go with Comcast. However that's not a choice I could make since CenturyLink is the only internet service my complex use

    What a joke. Seriously maybe the app works ok but this is the worst internet service I've ever had. Funny they charge me for a full month but I never get 30 days. The service is intermittent so if you want a service that works more then 80% of the time this is not the way to go. Once I complained and they said they were gonna charge me for coming in my house before they determined that it's what they needed to do. I told them that I disagreed either they're terms of service and that I sh cancel

    Absolute TRASH. Internet service is terrible. Customer service is even worse, not helpful. I have only had it for about 4 months now and I've had to get two different modems and each one constantly goes into standby mode so which throws my service out. There guide on how to "install" the modems doesn't work properly. I pay monthly for something that's no even useful. Would NEVER recommend.

    I called to cancel my internet services; for the 1st time in my life I was NOT hounded w/the "haggling" to continue my acct, & offers of faster DL speed (8Mbps to 15Mbps). CSR Louis ID#315397 was the most attentive, friendly, professional, & most of all, did NOT push me towards the "better" deal, package, or contract! I explained I couldn't afford to have internet service(s) of any kind, & he had no problem assisting me in disconnecting internet service(s), along w/stopping AutoPay. Amazing!

    tec support sucks. I don't know what you want to hear, but your tech support sucks. Just like the slow speed of your internet connection. The problem was I was trying to set up a replacement modem and the instructions were pretty much no help at all. Tried to chat with three different ones and they just quit right in the middle of things. So I decided to try one more time and if I had no luck I was going to box it up and send it back and drop your service plus this land line .

    getting a live person was nearly impossible. when we did speak with someone they were rude and said well it should work. was told we'd have a discount on our bill for the week it took to send a second router and get going. not seen it. and the speed and reliability is terrible. id love someone to call and discuss.

    When I log into my Century Link account, the information there has not changed since before the install date of December 10th, 2021 even though I have called them and gone through the song and dance to get to a live agent and told them, but they didn't do anything to fix it.

    Can't navigate 102.000.9..1 or what ever the modem management page is. Can't run my arlo cams on the system frustration from a small business owner with a bulk product yard that I can't watch
