    Doesn't have a way to use coupon it's a great app until you have to use a coupon. You have to go in, stand in line so you can use a coupon

    Needs Chiptopia Rewards!! Would be a 5 of 5 if I could view my Chiptopia rewards. Nice to be able to place order through the app though.

    Decent app, so-so pickup experience Like others, I have mixed luck trying to actually pick up orders, though don't think that's the app's fault so much as the folks working. To those having super computer connection issues, try clearing the cache in the app settings. Either that fixed it for me or the Chipotle system suddenly fixed itself.

    Good app, but missing one item. I like being able to order in advance. Although the selection of menu items available is still good, it's missing one item: QUESARITO. Chipotle, please allow customers to order a quesarito via your app!

    Order ahead and wait....? Why order and pay ahead of you wait 10 min for then to make you food when you get there? Tried once, not again. Nice app though, easy to use. Chipotle just doesn't support it

    The app is okay overall. But there are constant updates - every time I use it I have to download the newest version first. So therefore I am also constantly being signed out of the app. It also won't accept "no thanks" when asked for location permission, which might end up being a deal breaker for me.

    Glitching constantly was bad enough, but in the last couple weeks it now forces you to enable location just to open to app and reach your barcode to scan for rewards. I really, REALLY dislike that.

    Ever since the last two updates I have not been able to log into the app. I can log into the website but not the app. Very inconvenient...I even changed my password, and I still cannot access the app. Very odd that my password works for my account on the website but not the app. Please help.

    Great app! Easy to place your order and lets you know when your food will arrive. Keeps previous orders so you can order lunch in one click! If you like Chipotle, i highly recommend this app!

    You can't use any of the rewards unless you take it into the store and have to go out of your way to see if staff will honor your credits or rewards

    Useless. Honestly, don't bother. There's nothing in this app. It doesn't save your purchase history. It doesn't verify what location you need. It doesn't give you a order confirmation or number...

    There is a new option to select items with dietary restrictions. I wish there was a way to communicate an allergy to staff in order to get a glove change and fresh ingredients to avoid cross contamination. It would be as easy as a text box for notes or customization. Even a check box would probably work. I hate having to order on the app and then follow up with a phone call every time. It defeats the purpose.

    I don't know if it's the location or the app, but I'm uninstalling this with the quickness. Made an order and got to the store and it wasn't only not ready , but no record of it even though it showed on my phone receipt. Then had to wait 10 min while other people came after me and got their food before me me. Deuces ✌

    App is awful when they mess up your order. You're already upset that they sent you the wrong food and then you have to deal with robots who try to confuse you as you try to get your refund. The location in my town almost never gets in order right, so I get to deal with this nonsense constantly. Just go to Qdoba

    I have only one issue with the App. There should be an option for gluten free preparation. Some of us are intolerant or have celiacs.

    The app does NOT verify your location before each order. I have placed an order (twice now) at a location that's over 30 mins away!

    Cannot add credit card. Always double inputs numbers and even if backspaced and entered correctly there is always an error when trying to add payment method

    Don't trust the "forget to scan?" functionality. The error talks about daily entries, but 2 days later you still can't add your second receipt. Also cruddy they act like it is subjective whether you get credit.
