    If your phone has a broken screen don't bother. The app doesn't rotate.. Can't use any icons at top.

    Whenever I try to log on it is constantly freezing. It is such a pain and rarely works when I need it too.

    Moble depost Moble depost dosnt work. It opens the camera and takes picture then back to the main page of app then dose nothing. Samsung galaxy j7

    Atm deposits take one business day and this p.o.s takes multiple days. If your in a hurry for your deposit don't use this app

    The mobile banking is fine ATMs I found out today suck and their customer convenience sucks if you lose money in the ATM you have to go in and make a claim and then you wait for 10 days you take it on the chin and carry the bank the bank doesn't take it on the chin and carry you this can be easily rectified by the teller can easily go in and do an accounting 15 to 20 minutes it would be all done trust only goes one way counting our money not theirs sad

    Easy to use. Transfer money between accounts and making payments are simple. I wished I could see my specifi account in more detail and Transfer more money into it

    This app works when it wants to even when you have Wi-Fi it used to work great but now I can barely get it to pull up my account.

    Where's the widget? This app won't allow me to sign up for overdraft protection, the widget is nowhere to be found, and there's no "peek" option to make sure you put your password in right.

    Finessed me out of my account bonus. They closed my account without so much as a text message or email. Likely to avoid paying me the direct deposit bonus they sent me in the mail. Now I actually need my checking account & am SOL. The app is pretty basic overall, & provides little to no bonuses. Dont waste your time banking here. Literally anyone else is better...

    Always buggy, constantly having to confirm identity and do multi-step log in attempts no matter how many times I ask it to remember my device. App is slow even on a brand new device. I use third party apps to check my acct. Most often, it's usually quicker.

    This app is very good! It does everything you would expect and gives me up to the minute transaction records. excellent and friendly customer service you can always get an agent at a reasonable time if needed.

    Fix the pin pad entry already!!!!!! Since the last update the 7...8...9...0......is no longer availiable to enter for pin.....maybe everyone needs to change their pins to just 1 thru 6 numbers......lol......FIX IT ALREADY IT'S BEEN ALMOST 2 WEEKS!!!!!!

    Still experiencing lag time trying to sign in. The app is not up to par compared to other bank apps. You should be able to do everything the online site can do from the app. And i highly wish you can manage text/email alerts from the app. The text alerts are a joke. Transaction alerts with no info. (Transaction Alert) It looks like your email client might not support HTML formatted email. .etc.. And it would be great if we could manage our credit cards rewards/redeem. Stuff like that.

    The app always removes the fingerprint option.this happens when i am trying to log in. I have to always enabled it back. I would like them to fix that bug.

    Why the hell I need this app to text my phone every dam time I need to go in account.. it should be quick and easy to use once you do it 1 Time!!!! Not everytime I want check see if I have funds when I go food shopping or pay a bill ... I log in 5-10 times daily .. I shouldn't have to text my phone every time !
