    Unfortunately, the app doesn't give clear remedies for apparent issues with a plant. I've tried several times and the solutions given are exactly the same for every different issue. They're broad and inconclusive. I don't recommend.

    DON'T PAY FOR THE PREMIUM FEATURES!! NOT WORTH IT, TRUST ME. I paid a whole year and when I want to use the premium features it tells me I have ran out of IDs...

    I normally don't use picture apps to find out what plants I have, but the name on it's care card was vague, and since this is my first bonsai tree I wanted to know how to care for it; this app was a good fix for that problem 10/10 so far.

    Was excited to try but after I added only 2 of my plants it wouldn't let me add anymore without paying. I still had 9 to go! Useless.

    Eta: 9/29/22- I have to take a star off because the app no longer syncs between phones with any consistency. We had to uninstall/reinstall, and our apps apparently hadn't synced with the cloud for over a month. Now our calculations are totally messed up and the app doesn't show what upcoming waterings are scheduled. Frustrating! *** Blossom has been a godsend for taking care of my plants, and it's improving all the time! Well worth the subscription, my plants are flourishing.

    I used this app for a few months with the paid version. I spent hours inputting dozens of plants and tracking them carefully using all the app's features. Then, I got a new phone and logged in to my account and all my plants were gone. When I reached out, the developers let me know that the new app update should restore my plants, but this was not the case. The plants could not be restored. I am asking for a refund and would definitely not recommend this app to anyone looking for reliability!

    I didn't know I was under or over watering! I had the right frequency but the wrong amount. This app helps me care for my plants individually, so that now my whole collection looks fabulous! 😃🌱🌿🪴

    The app is very good, but there are no setting to change the metric system. In gallons and inches is completely useless/non user friendly for not USA people.

    This app is really not user friendly! I've been using it for nearly 2 months, and the reminder notifications don't come through, very rarely does the plant identification feature work properly, and when I initially took the suggested watering amount, I ended up overwatering over half of my plants, which has killed a number of them. Would recommend using a different app. Any other app

    Terrible app. You can do so little wirhout paying for premium. Very disappointed. You need to pay before you put more than two plants in the gallery. The Information is good however no ones going to oay just to keep track of thier plants.

    Very accurate on identifying plants. I used the botanist to help with a sick flower, took them longer than I expected to get back to me but when they did it was very helpful.

    The Blossom app is awesome! It can identify your plants, tell you how much water to use and how often based on the size of the pot, and sends you reminders when to water and fertilize each plant. You can also request help from a botanist which I've done several times now and they are super helpful and quick to respond. If you're having trouble with your plants, I highly recommend this app!

    has a lot of useful information on how to care for your plants, and you can identify a lot of different plants as well when you are out and about! just a snap or three and boom! instant information! I use the free version, but you can upgrade to the paid if you need/desire.

    This app is not the best. To get started, you need to find each plant individually by scrolling down. Plant diagnosis and identification is not accurate and the database lack many of the most popular indoor plants. Theres no easy update for the plant info, like repotting or other tasks...so you pretty much need to update all over again. I tested the app with Premium, but went back to my previous one due to lack of functioms and user interphase.

    love this app! it has helped me be a better mom to my plants! also the diagnosis has saved more than a couple of my plants. Def worth the paid version if you have multiple varieties and keeping track of them all.

    Great app if the photos didnt keep disappearing. Ive been in contact about this issue but its still not resolved. When you've a big plant collection having photos disappear all the time is frustrating especially if you've multiples of the same plant. For a paid app I shouldn't have to keep taking new photos of at least 2/3 of my collection each time it happens, only for t to happen time and time again.

    Good app so far...aside the fact you only get 3 IDs before they ask for money. Didn't really get the chance to experience much of it before it asked to pay. I think I'll continue to use my other plant apps for free.

    I think this has saved a few of my houseplants - and helped me support my habit! I've gone from maybe 5-10 plants, to over 200! I wish you could change the plant variety without deleting all the data you've collected on that plant however, sometimes I get the variety wrong and when I learn better later, I'm stuck with having recorded it as the wrong thing or I have to lose my notes and photos of that plant when I correct it. So glad you can at least change the generic plant photo now!

    The app is great, I liked it for a bit, until it started giving me tips on what to do for your plants in Fall. We live in Australia and it's Spring in the southern hemisphere at the moment - the app could have easily found that out. Now I'm wondering if the watering schedules are adjusted to the seasons in the northern hemisphere as well because most plants could use some extra water during warm seasons. Made me lose trust in the app a bit.

    I really appreciate this app. I feel more in control when it comes to caring for my plants, and they are really responding well! Diagnostic and identifying scans work great! I have 2 complaints: 1. I wish I could switch to metric for the water measurements. 2. Setting a pot size using those sliders is really annoying. Let me manually enter the size or provide a different way to enter them like increase / decrease buttons. It shouldn't take 10 tries to get the slider in the correct position.

    A deceptive signup, gets you to create a username and then springs a super-short free trial which will ding your account in 3 days.

    I am upset because even though I liked using the app after I subscribed a few months ago, customer support has been completely unresponsive after I sent several emails asking for help accessing my account after a factory reboot of my phone. I have paid for the service but cannot use it.

    i love this app! I just moved into my new home and it has been really helpful in identifying all the plants that were already here. no glitches and it's super easy to use!
