    I was on the phone with your customer service help dept. I was on the phone quite awhile with Cylenthia who walked me thru what I needed. She was knowledgeable and conmunicative. She has such patience trying to walk me thru sending my phone photos to you my reference # is Cy1176358. Thank You!

    So user friendly, love being able to order pictures from my phone and easily select the different sizes and crop them the way I want. Some sites just auto crop the pictures and chop off people's heads.

    Nice feature. Very buggy app, took several times for keeping our choice of sizes. Add a photo and you have to choose the sizes all over again. Can't remove pictures when you change your mind. If you select 0 prints it still uploaded the pix.

    Great app! I love ordering my photos through it. My only complaint is it should give you a crop warning when it will crop your photos.

    Wow Very easy. Love that they're connected to so many cloud accounts. Very fast ordering.

    When I add an item to the shopping list it would be nice if I could see my list when signed in on multiple devices. If I add an item from my phone it won't display in my list when signed in from my tablet. It's very disappointing.

    Photo uploads are frustrating. Had a hard time resizing and kept getting kicked out and restarted my order 3 times.

    If you've used Costco photo online and know how it works it's pretty easy to use and you can print straight from your phone. Loved the ease and convenience.

    Keeps signing me out. Tells me that I have to sign in to see the price, so I sign in. Then I have to find the item again, only to see that I'm signed out again!?

    Very slow and sluggish...it's about to be 2022 and Costco's profit margins keep increasing....maybe open up a bigger budget towards developing a better app 🤔

    For such a great company, you'd think they could afford to hire some competent programmers. Couldn't log in. Said my account was locked so reset my password. Still couldn't login with new password. Will be uninstalling this app for now.

    After finally logging in, selecting photos and choosing options, it won't let me place the order til I select my warehouse.... But Canadian warehouses are not coming up in search. Seems to only search American warehouses.

    Won't load had better luck going to website through my cell phone and even then it lagged and got stuck in the payment process so still didn't get to buy what I needed.

    Worse Shoppong Experience EVER!! Ordered item that stated that it would be to me in 2 days in order before noon. Did that and in the middle of the night I get email saying it was delayed. So I calleed next day to cancle and they said email was mistake I would have tracking later that day. Next day comes and no tracking, called to cancle and they couldn't and had to send to different department via a report. Long story short, still no refund and item shipped but has not been picked up by UPS yet.

    Tried to use app for pharmacy. Half the options don't respond to my touch, including "sign in". Hard to use the app if you can't even sign in!!
