    Unimpressed You're constantly looking at a loading screen, why do you always need to load data, especially when the app is already over 25Mb??? Ridiculous! Thank goodness their service on the flight is better than this app!

    Just as shi##y as the airline 14 hours after giving me wrong information that cost me my flight it still is giving me false information.

    Would give 0 stars if possible. Hands down worst mobile app for any airline, better off not having one than this buggy garbage. Why I stick to United as my goto carrier, they know how to make codeshares work in their app...

    Updating your pofile phones doesn't work for deletes. Doesn't load current trips info automatically. It should and used too.

    It requires confirmation numbers to even search for my flights when the app has all my privacy data. Insanity at helm

    Works great except it doesn't keep you logged in, meaning you have to log in each time between connecting flights if you want to pull up your next boarding pass or you're SOL. Additionally if you opt for the app to remember your login credentials, it will freeze your account. I called Delta to try to get my account unlocked during my 1 hour layover but the next callback option is in 3 hours! Don't screw yourself over with this app and just print out your pass at check in!

    V. 4.4 does not work properly. I cannot establish a log in. Other features do not work as a guest.

    Worked at first then locked out Tried everything imaginable; resetting, reinstalling, cache cleaning, scanning my Delta American Express card into my phone, nothing ! Back to paper copies and might as well get rid of my card too !

    Nice concept and clean ui, but frequently fails to load the boarding pass at the gate, which is the most critical part.

    To check your flight details you must reenter confirmation code every time. That is, even after name and password no flight details without confirmation code. It is a pain. Once check "My Trips" all trips should be listed.

    Its Ok I fly at least 4 times a month. I use different airlines and their apps. This one is the first to crash and from reviews it seems to do this a lot. When its up and running it works great.

    24 hr lockout? What!?!?!?! I love the app, but cleared the log in info and not realizing it saved my info tried to log on. I called the representative to get it unlocked and was informed it is locked for 24 hrs. Really, I'm in the middle of the flight. Have us set up a phone password so we can call and get it unlocked. I'm in the middle of my trip and had to get it printed at the Kiosk. Very inconvenient esp. With all this technology.

    Useless App worked well until last 2 updates. Now, it stops upon login. Totally useless, since I can't access my account. Delta has lost out on my past 6 flights, and I'll continue to fly American, Southwest or United until someone at Delta gives a damn and corrects the issue.

    The app keeps crashing & when I went to pay for my luggage it kept telling me "Something went wrong, can not complete transaction" but it actuallu did get charged to my card.

    The app is bad for transit users. It requires an U. S. address for doing the online check in, although I only transit in Atlanta. The app also doesn't offer any email feedback option. Lastly the shown support numbers in the app don't work for international customers.

    Still many clicks, but... How can I share my flight details with others? Needs. 1) Ability to enter e-mail address and share flight info, current flight status and arrival time. 2) Link Airport maps using the latest Google maps API. Keep me in the app and allow me to see where the nesret restroom is located, search for a wine bar or souvenir shop etc. Keep me in the app.

    Great app, however... Works really well with lots of good info/functionality but it does not update the boarding pass if you change seats after checking in--that is a real annoyance.

    Does the app have to be called "Fly Delta"? It makes it had to find in the app tray since the apps are sorted alphabetically and my first thought is to look under D for Delta. The "Fly" provides no value since there is no other highly used more of transit that Delta provides (i.e Ride, Sail...). Even if there was you likely wouldn't create a separate app for managing separate modes of transit.

    Great if it works This app is extremely helpful when it decides to work. It has been terrible this week. I waited in the security line only to have to lose my place and go print from a kiosk. Not helpful at all.

    The app continuously gets into a state where it force closes and won't open. I have to uninstall and reinstall in order to get it to open.

    I have had a series of personal mishapps preventing me from going to Florida . Delta has been fantastic , understanding and patience beyond expectations. I have had a kind of bumpy road this year. Delta helped when it counted , these days to me , that means everything .

    App doesn't work at all, can't even login. Been months and months now since it's allowed me a login. I can login with the same credentials on the website just fine, app just sucks. No excuse for a company as big as this to have such a miserable app that used to be half decent.
