    I been with Dovly for 3 months now. I am on the premium plan. The premium plan is suppose to dispute all 3 credit bureaus. However, the only bureau that is being disputed is transunion. Negative items and incorrect address have been deleted, so the service works. My concern is why pay for premium price when only one credit bureau is being disputed? Also, for some reason I have been kicked out of the app and I am no longer able to log back in. None of the links work.

    You guys removed one negative remark within a day. Decided I'd give a subscription a try. Tried to dispute 2 more negative remarks. Disputes still haven't been sent in a week.

    they do remove items, but they pick the ones with lowest impact first to make sure you are paying monthly to get just one or two items removed at a time. The items that have high impact always show scheduled for a few months later that way you pay out more than what you get in return.

    I created the account and put my card info on there only to be told there was nothing they could help with on my credit report. I canceled the account via app TWICE and via website and I just woke up with ANOTHER $39.99 CHARGE ON MY ACCOUNT!!!! I literally just downloaded the app again and sure enough my account is still ACTIVE. I WANT MY $ BACK AND THE ACCOUNT CLOSED DOWN!

    So I've been using the app, for several months without issue, but since I changed upgraded my phone I cannot log into the app with my password, I reinstalled the app. and tried to log in with my password and still cannot access my account.

    Honestly couple months into the app I went from a 520 to a 590. After I pay 2 big things I'll prob be 670. Maybe more honestly. This app really got things that weren't suppose to be on my credit off and my credit blew up. I go from 3-4 points even month to 19. Experian boost,chime credit builder, Dovly over all! Thanks I still got 60 percent of my inquires to come back so maybe dovly will give more. But 60 points of credit for 100 worth it.
