    Transaction history is always "loading" I would like to view transaction history on my phone. It is always stuck on loading, but never displays the results. I can see pending and previous bill payments, but not my accounts.

    Deposits used to work ok...now not so much I used to be able to make deposits via taking a picture of the checks, though it was flaky I could eventually get it to work. Now it doesn't work at all. Seems to take better pictures now, but gives me errors every time I try to submit. I'm going to have to give up on this one

    I opened this checking account with $100, and the savings account with just $5, and within 3 days, as promised by Frankie at the Timnath branch, I received another $200 in my savings account. My search for a great financial team has reached it's "Ent." Get it?

    Galaxy S4 Ever since last update I can't even log on. It DID work great for what I needed.

    Slower but still good. Great app! Though like everyone else, it did slow down a bit after the last update. I like the addition of green text for deposits and red for withdrawals. Though I realized that I have way too many red and not enough green!

    This bank is absolutely the best ever. They reopened the doors for me in Pueblo West 5 minutes after closing to print a new debit card to ensure i had access to my money while I was working in the High Rockies.

    New Version Slower, buggy App runs much slower (relative to other apps I have), they added *totally* unnecessary animations to menu, logout button nearly impossible to use and more ads. Much prefer the older app.

    Excellent Application Application works very well and makes banking very convenient. Marie- This comment forum is for application reviews. If you have an issue with the credit union, you need to bring it up with the union itself and speak to their customer service. Your comments are not likely to be seen or taken into consideration here.

    your app is absolutely terrible. I've set up recurring payments several times myself and I've tried to on the phone to no avail. it always fails. my credit is taking a hit bc your app won't properly work. now I have to figure a way to transfer the loan to my bank (chase) or ultimately just pay off the lump sum of my car loan. don't use these people. you will highly regret it. Reply- your eservices team is useless. Per my original review. I was on the phone 3x with them to set it up. Still fail

    I love this app! It's easy to use and I love being able to see my finances when ever I want. You can transfer money from savings to checking super fast. Highly recommended if you have ent.

    It won't let me log in anymore. It just has a log in failure and tells me to log off and log in. I however can't get to that point to do that.

    The app is becoming unusable. I no longer live in CO so I rely on the app. The nearest shared branch is 91mi away. The app has always been odd as far as telling me I was logged out due to inactivity when I KNOW I logged out. I shrugged it off thinking, "at least I'm logged out." Now I can't make any mobile deposits! It's infuriating! I'm getting "⚠️1 Error System error - an unexpected error has occurred." I uninstall/reinstalled. No improvement.
