What’s New

Our most recent update includes scrubbing individually skip-traced phone numbers to flag property owners who are on the DNC (Do Not Call) list. This new feature is free with any new skip trace performed in the PropStream mobile app. An icon will appear next to any phone number on the DNC registry.

    It worked ok at first, then stopped populating addresses in my area. I would try to type the address in and it would populate addresses everywhere else besides where i was located. The drive for dollars feature doesnt follow you as you drive. If this app worked like Deal Machine it would be awesome. Besides that it great that it can save you properties to the desktop versions without having to manually add them.

    The app doesn't work that great. I can't use the drive. It doesn't work for me. It worked on my wife's phone but it lagged

    Cannot Log In- When I open the app, I enter my email and password and press Login, the screen flashes, but nothing happens. I can open Web Browser on my phone, both Chrome and Brave and I can log in and use Propstream fine, but Login does not work on the app. Please help

    Incredibly slow on mobile. When are they going to finally fix the drive feature? About to switch to Deal Machine, incredibly inefficient.

    App keep crashing lately. Won't let me advance past search screen. Terrible because I can't go driving of the app crashes and loses all my saved properties. Please fix asap.

    Currently I am a new user of PropStream and it's not working on my mobile devices as it does on my laptop. Maybe it's something I'm doing wrong. Hopefully I can figure it out soon.

    If you are a bone head and are not aware of how to utilize propstream stream to gather info to flip and wholesale home thats on you. If your a newbie utilizing only one service won't help you find the diamond in the ruff. I utilize many services propstream skipmachine and a few others propstream is by far a favorite to use

    After a small mix-up on my end, I was able to edit my user settings to gain mobile access!! This app is absolutely amazing! It allows me to stay abreast of possible deals while out on the road running errands! The app has EVERYTHING that you would find on the web. Interface is great and intuitive. Customer service was right on and helpful! Huge shout out to Liz! She was extremely helpful and showed much professionalism while assisting me with access! I appreciate you, Liz! Great App Dev!

    Downloaded app today but can't log in. Uninstalled and reinstalled but still the same issue. Can't log into account.

    I'm having trouble login a few months ago I tryed using it as part of joe Bodek mentorship filled out all the info and it wouldnt let me login I got frustrated and cancelled it with out using any of my 7 day trial at that time the guy that handle my cancellation told me if I decided to come back he would honor the 7 day free trial so I try a couple a nites ago thru Max Maxwell and had the same problem couldnt login but it showed me as having an account even after cancelling it please help

    I give 2 star because I've it on my PC and I'm happy. I think they could work on these things: 1. The accuracy of the phone numbers. Many of them don't have to do with the owner of whatsoever 2. If we select "individual" for the type of ownership, that shouldn't show any corporation or other companies. (For the PC) 3. On the app, I choose as last sale date 2012 or earlier it should only show that. Not 2019 or 2020. And if I'm in North Hollywood, why I'm seen houses from Glendale? Please correct.

    Awesome app guys. Love it. I'm a Realtor and this helps more than most. And I'm a happy paying customer. Please don't stop doing this. If anything. Can we possibly get more pre made postcards for Realtor Listings? I'm a regular monthly 99$ and I'm super happy with your portal especially. You are awesome. Thank you! This is a cold callers dream!

    Come on guys. It sucks. Ain't no way this is even close to the desktop performance. Fire your app developer and concept designer. It sucks. And for $100 a month on the desktop the app better work

    Underwhelmed. My partner and I both use this app for the business because we use Propstream on the laptop it just made sense to try and use the mobile platform also. The app is very inconsistent with tracking properties on the road and recording our routes .

    The words and the tabs on this app are jumbled up and compressed. not lay it out on the brake cleaner before Android It doesn't look like it looks on YouTube when Burton is doing the tutorial.
