    5 hours to sync, compete rubbish. Obviously Fitbit see no financial gain in supporting older versions. Going to request product refund. Over 3 yrs and still no remedy for faulty product. Do not invest in Fitbit.

    Would be good if it would sync. Useless unless it does. Have to reboot my phone ( and my previous phone - the problem is the fit bit not the phones). Only then does it sometimes sync. Rubbish.

    My Charge HR wont pair even after factory reset. The app and fitbit have been known lately as trashware. Bad actors have more of a use for this junk than people who exercise.

    One star because Bluetooth syncing is a train wreck. I have had the same poor experience for 2+ years with 3+ fitbit models and 4+ Android phones.

    If an app is meant to be used by Android devices it should be developed to be used by them all. Not just the few. My fitbit won't siync with anything I own. Wish I had never boiught it.

    Sync issues in Honor 7X and not getting notifications properly. Not able to use watch effectively due to ths issues of sync. Very frustrating.!!

    Bought a versa having had an a alta HR. Great device but took over an hour to update firmware and won't work over WiFi so had to use Bluetooth. There is now another update that keeps crashing so I have given up. Yet again good device ruined by software/firmware!!! Yet another update and sleep tracker all over the place!!

    I depend on my Fitbit for a lot of things and it has delivered on a lot of things. The one consistent aggravation and frustration is syncing. Wednesday of this week it stopped syncing. I tried all the tricks & nothing worked. Today after the update it synced at 11:24 a.m. and it has not synced my steps since. (There are also Bluetooth connection issues with Fitbit Flyer for those who wear Iconic on the left wrist.) I really wish Fitbit could get syncing issues corrected.

    Used to work until Android 9. Now the device will not sync with the app via Bluetooth. Fitbit claims they are working on the issue, yet it's been about a month and nothing yet. Ready to throw out my Fitbit and use another tracker.

    Fitbit continues to ignore constant requests to integrate with Google Fit and even Apple Health. I have many anecdotal reports that people refuse to purchase a Fitbit because it doesn't integrate with Google Fit. You're shooting yourself in the foot Fitbit. Get over yourself and integrate with Google Fit

    App doesn't sync. Just wasted €200,- on a watch that doesn't sync with the app. Please fix this or give people a proper explanation instead of telling them to restart reinstall etc. Cause that doesn't work, just fix it.

    Having trouble with my Fitbit One syncing since I've updated to Android 9. Now after the Fitbit app update I'm having to do a hard restart on my Fitbit one just to get it to sync to my pixel. 9/8/18

    It won't communicate with my Fitbit charge hr very regularly. Says "looking" with increased regularity, when asked to sync. Phobe reboot doesn't even help anymore. This is on the heels of the live heart rate monitoring fiasco. Fix this, please. Stop replacing one malfunction with another. 7 Sep 18 - Update - update didn't seem to fix the "looking" problem. Again. Still.

    I do loveee the Fitbit tracker that I have. However, it would be even nicer to have it connected and synced to my phone. It sucks so bad that I can't track my activities through the app. I've been restarting both the tracker & my phone countless of times, but it still doesn't work. Please fix this ASAP.

    I loved this app until this week. My Fitbit will not sync with the app since September 2nd. I have updated the app twice and I am on Samsung S7. So the actual Fitbit is paired just fine but not syncing with the app. I am happy to change my rating if the problem is corrected.

    Love it but, will not work with S9 plus. No matter what I do. Even with the most recent update. Still not working. Now my 250 dollar watch is useless. Support has been no help.

    This app was amazing when I had my galaxy s4 and s6 but when upgraded my phone to a galaxy s8 it stopped syncing properly. I can no longer receive notifications from my phone on my alta hr. Very frustrating especially when it just won't sync at all!

    how is this still not integrate with google fit? online voting for this has been going on since 2014. i like the fit bit app but i dont always have my fitbit on or i do have it on and i get different counts from fitbit app vs google fit (carrying my phone). fit bit integrates with other apps but not google fit?

    I love my Fitbit don't get me wrong. However, I rarely can use the Android app. I usually have to sync my Fitbit with the app on my iPod because the Android app will not recognize or connect to my Fitbit. This problem makes it to where I really can't utilize the Android app to it's full potential and renders it useless for the most part.

    Have been using fitbit for years and love the user friendly app and the devices. Some connectivity issues between the fit bit and bluetooth. Would be nice to have more solo challenges and more customization options in the app.

    It seems like a very convenient thing to say that I am having trouble all of a sudden due to my mobile device not being compatible with your app. When I have been using my new Fitbit with this very same device since the beginning of the year. I also had a similar problem in May and was given support and not once was mentioned to me that my device was not compatible with your app. This is so frustrating because something that I have never had a problem with doesn't even work know and there is nothing you guys can do to help because the main problem now turns out to be my phone!😡😡😡

    App still doesn't sync with my phone... After contacting fitbit asking for an update as to when it will be compatible the answer I received was "your phone is incompatible with our software" I have to keep going into the app to do a manual sync that takes forever (1 1/2 hours to sync 1 days data) it doesn't send push notifications from my phone keeps saying reboot phone even after I've just done it. Used to love it but quality has gone down as android systems have gone up.

    Good app with enough logging features to keep you on track towards your fitness goals. I have an issue with the timed logging such as the sleep and hourly movement logs. As I work nights I cannot set the correct times I'm active or sleeping as. This seems like a huge oversight to not allow the settings to match people's schedules.

    this is no longer syncing with my devices. I was going to preorder the charge 3 but won't even think about it unless this is fixed. Not updating the user base about the status this issue is terrible. We're telling ourselves stories about Fitbit given the absence of information.

    The app has stopped syncing with the fitbit alta since the android pie update, rendering it unusable. I have rated it 1 star because it has been over a month since fitbit has been aware of the issue and there is still no solution. Waiting for a fix

    I don't know what happened during the last update, but my ALT-HR didn't like it. It rarely synchronizes, hr is double what it should be, and the sleep only does restless now. It has been great up until then.

    Synching always seems to have issues. The persistant notification is annoying. And when it opens, it only defaults to one screen and does not allow to go back to main menu. Otherwise, tracking my workouts is awesome.

    It would be great if you could post in multiple groups. I have to retype everything and repost in several groups. When in the community if you open a post and get out of it, it takes you all the back to the beginning of posts you have already reviewed. I wish we could pictures to challenges. Sometimes when scrolling through the community I am kicked off the app and have to log back in.

    I never had a problem with this app - Charge 2 and Samsung Galaxy S7 until latest update synced at 2:13 am updated at 2:18 am and will no longer sync. I have logged out, closed app, turned off blue tooth nothing works - disappointed with new update 22.22.54.6

    Normally, the app is awesome! The last update has prevented my phone from receiving any information from my fitbit. I even restarted as it was recommended and no change.

    I love the macro nutrient add on but it's performance is terrible with long loading. Sometimes I'm waiting for over a minute to load. I'll change my rating when it runs smoother with less loading times.

    I love this app for many reasons. It tracks activities like weight lifting and various running methods. Also, I love the sleep tracker, because it even track time awake. It's a excellent addition toward healthy living.

    This is that all time fitness app that helps you keep track up your steps exercise calorie intake sleeping pattern heart rate water intake food log etc since I've started using this app with my Fitbit I have been able to keep track of everything this is so useful for anyone who's out there trying to Make a Better Health move using this app you definitely cannot go wrong thanks Fitbit keep up the good work

    Been using fitbit for a year and I absolutely love it. The user interface is very friendly and yet possess details that can be used by pro athletes. I just wish that they make a custom HIIT workout timer. They already have a interval timer but it has only move and rest (traditional) timers. A multiple timer support will make this app the best!

    I can't get none of my notifications to my Samsung Galaxy 8 Edge Plus. Everything else works. I was getting my notifications, but it stopped working about 3 days ago. I'm very disappointed!!!

    The track my exercise function has not been work g this week on my fit bit and I've been out walking for a couple hours each day and the track my exercise just will not recognise this on the app. Hopefully this will be resolved in a new update. So checked my tracker hasn't been tracking for two weeks now! Hope this is resolved this coming week as it's alot money to spend on something that doesn't have it's app functioning properly.

    I've tried everything I can think of since the Android Pie upgrade, but I can only get my Flex to sync once or twice after reinstalling the application. It stops working 20 minutes later. There must be a better way to sync than constant reinstallations.

    It has become slow and does not sync very well with my ion. When I first started this app I had no issues with it. But, with all the new updates it's almost becoming possible to connect with the app.

    Does not sync with Fitbit devices on Google Pixel phones. Fitbit says their devices are not supported. I don't know why they would be any different than from other devices running Android.

    On the fitbit versa and sometimes it won't log active minutes even when uninstall and reinstall especially when you reboot the watch. Don't know what else to do.
