    After playing this a while i have a few things that would make the game better. Making CC and SVS like reservoir raid with some changes to how many buildings you attack and hold to control the state. It would be much more intresting and the developers can reuse alot of the code behind RR. It would really sell the game better. If they wanted it to be a esport then they should move to that model.

    As we know it is a pay to win but you could at least make hero frags that are already maxed into ones we can use for other heroes or remove them? This trading option happens every 200 years and not for all hero frags..Why stop VIP points earned daily at 500 when it costs about 8k to get to VIP 12? You capitalists... Oh yeah and you wouldn't believe how enjoyable it is to have the game crashing every 10 minutes for no reason.... You already make so much damn money give us some slack ffs..

    Avoid this game..... It's almost a spending racing game. Forget how much you already spent, QUIT NOW and stop losing more! ------------ Bad services.... In most cases, the Support team is not capable of resolving issues that players encountered and even takes a long time to respond (or not respond at all), despite of players paying a lot of money.

    Just absolute customer support. Always trying to cheat or trick you into buying bundles. Not delivering the right items and no support at all. Even if you share ss, they come up with some excuse or another. They'd close the tickets without resolving anything. I gave up. Not worth the stress after spending money on this game.

    After playing 540 days i built up a realy strong account alongside a farming account...i have spent no money on this game and actually never missed a day playing....And then i got attacked by a pay to play player...i lost 1 million troops and watched my battle power reduced back to when i was a novice.....I WILL NOT allow a game like this to affect my emotions again....seriously the sheer headache when i opened my game to play and saw what had happened to 540 days of hard work is beyond words.

    DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME. Complaining about bug since Feb. Did you miss the part this has been since February? They responded saying it was too hard to calculate so they were doing nothing. Thousands of speeds owed and they're going to do nothing!!! WHAT RESOLUTION??? AND I HAVE BEEN INSISTING, OPENING MULTIPLE TICKETS WHICH THEY JUST CLOSE.. And yes...they constantly close tickets to not deal with us.

    New update gone in and now locked out of the game for 28hrs!!! What is going on!!! Won't even connect to the server now and looking at other reviews on here and comments on Facebook thousands of others affected by this update. Just spent money on it too!!     Think this game is broken, just throws you in with an already built up settlement, no tutorial, and you you just sit there hitting claim on chapters, and everything is free to upgrade. No idea how the game works with no tutorial

    This is a really good game but it keeps crashing and today it wont let me on at all. ive told the devs and customer support but nothing has been done not to mention that they stole some of my items and havent returned them!

    Constant bugs and glitches every update. Servers feel sluggish during peak times and during major pvp events. They are constantly sending rewards for compensation but the time and money spent is usually not in the players favor. Many lose hundred even thousands of dollars and are simply told that there isn't anything more that can be done. The game is very addictive and has very predatory practices. Works well for F2P and for adults with self control. Great community though and many many events.

    The blatant sexualization of women and girls in the game has gotten out of hand. Now they are sexualizing the 12-14 year old Maggie character in provocative poses and short skirt. It's too far. Update.... Seems they got the message and removed the images. Thank you.
