    A really poor app. Gives wrong alerts and sometimes does not give alerts at all. We bought the Sirona M baby chair because of the app and feature. Can't be any more disappointed. Awful programming. Dangerously Unreliable !

    I was about to call the manufacturer of my phone to make a warranty claim because the battery is dying so fast lately. Turns out it's this app. It uses 20% of my phone's battery everyday. This is while I'm at work, miles from the equipped vehicle and my kids car seat. If I uninstall this app I'm defeating the most important safety feature of this car seat.

    Not sure what this app does? It tells me the child is in the car when I've taken them out of the seat and when I've taken the whole seat out of the car and it drains my phone battery. I have uninstalled it and will be returning the clip as it's not fit for purpose.

    My last review got deleted. First sensor was not working got sent a new one worked for maybe 2 weeks and never worked again. Gave up on it love the stroller it came with but it was not worth the money for the sensor. Go with something cheaper if it's the sensor you really want because it garbage.

    This app and the connection to the carseat is awful. It goes off saying CHILD IN CAR loud as hell when my child is not in my car. The sensors on the seat don't show the clip ad being undone, sometimes, when I take my child out of the car. Then it will show the child as being left in the car at some location when both the child and the car ate home.

    It took a few attempts to get the latest firmware update and now that it's updated I was only able to connect it to one phone. Before the firmware upgrade my wife and I were both able to connect but now only one phone can. I've tried logging out then in, tried rebooting my phone and also uninstalled/reinstalled. Still refuses to detect the sensor.

    so far I love this app and the features provided by the sensor safe chest clip. although I tested out the features like the "child in car" and even tho I think there should be no reason to forget your child.... it's a good feature to have bcuz some people do forget.....

    Seems to connect to the sensors in the car/seat quickly. Definitely makes sure you stay attentive to your baby. The app is difficult to stop it once it's going, probably a feature more than a fault.

    No issues installing the app, updating firmware or connecting to my phone. Only problem is that it doesn't read a temperature, greyed out. Not enough info online to know if this is a vehicle computer issue (2010 Dodge Caravan), SensorSafe 2.1 issue, or app itself. Annoying when it's touted as having the ability to alert if temp is too hot. Will contact the company. UPDATE: Issue was the battery needed replacing. 5 stars for great customer service!

    This app doesn't work neither in Android or iOS. Gets stuck when adding clip/seat receiver. I spent 600 EUR in top brand baby seat car for this poor customer experience. I wish I had read these comments before buying Cybex Sirona

    *Update: App is still draining 29% of my battery when the sensor is not being used even after a fresh reinstall. App uninstalled until they can fix the battery drain issue.* Not a fan of the constant notification for this app. I don't need to be notified that the sensor is not being used. Tried to hide the notification but then the app was constantly running and draining my battery. Pixel 5a 5G

    App notifications are constantly wrong: often tells me it's "time to take a break" immediately after clipping my child in, that the child is still in car after I've brought him inside etc. The OBD port sensor is inexplicably huge, I had to remove the outer case of the sensor and pull out the port coupling so it hangs loose in the box just to get the panel back on in my Hyundai Elantra. The obnoxious jingle it plays when you turn the car off is so loud it wakes the baby. Extremely disappointing.

    It's okay, lots of notifications that repeat themselves but my biggest issue is if I turn off my bluetooth for whatever reason and then turn it back on when I'm in the car, it NEVER reconnects, it just always says disconnected and then I need to delete the my whole set up and reconfigure it again. I've had to do this more then a dozen times. It's very frustrating and I find myself not even using it, which is disappointing.
