    The notifications for bonuses like recently the weekend 530pm to 930pm never actually kicked in and neither do any of the other bonuses from those noticed. I've only seen 1 actually work and it was from 8 pm to 915pm make 4 more deliveries. The bonuses need to get fixed.

    When I am having trouble logging on, you guys say that there's nothing wrong with the app when clearly there is because it's not allowing me to log on. Then I get my performance hurt because of it. I am pretty much done with this service and probably looking at going to doordash driver

    The app is trash now .. It dont work at all and im ha ing the same problems as the others commenting. The app us never working correctly my ratings are bad because of this. Now it wont work at all.

    Can't use the app lately. When I open it, it tells me there is a connection error. If I hit cancel instead of retry it will let me take orders but I don't want to risk problems after accepting an order so I will not be delivering on grubhub until this is fixed. I know it's not my phone, I just got a new one literally a week ago and am currently on 5G full bars with download speeds of 250+ Mbps. Also doordash and Uber Eats work fine as well as all other connectivity.

    Ok..I started GH in June and it's been terrific. Probably the worst app when it comes to sending drivers to pickup because of the wait but by far most pay. Last 2 weeks I realized I'm getting less orders. Also..if I'm not on a block I get less orders and I'm getting less blocks available.. I just uninstalled as a last resort. The base pay seems to have lowered. I went from making 150-200 a day (10-18 per delivery) to about 50-100 (7 per delivery) This may be the end for me if this continues.

    Why can't GH have an offer pop up when in another app? You have to either tap the notification, or open the app itself to see the offer. Very unsafe while driving. Also GH needs to be fully transparent when presenting an offer; you have to accept an order, then check on Google maps to see the distance. Again, very unsafe if you are driving. Updated to 4 stars for showing mileage. Make offers pop up without opening the app, and you get 5 stars.

    The app is TERRIBLY glitchy, and half the options on the app don't even work. It's a persisting issue, wish they'd fix it so we could update our customers better.

    Won't allow someone to deliver food for getting into a fight over 15 years ago. But will allow undocumented (they signed up with a friends identity) illegals who cant speak English to deliver your food

    I can't even sign on to the app for at least 24hrs now. It started acting up a few days ago, but this is a deal breaker. Too bad, because I enjoyed this for 9 months.

    Can't use 'order is not ready' option anymore. It's been like this for two weeks for me. Every time I select submit, it resets and grays out the submit button. This wouldn't be a big deal except grubhub is suspending drivers for having a few late deliveries and the restaurants almost half the time if not more don't have the orders ready for at least 10-15 mins. Therefore I ended up needing to use this option to let grubhub know I'm not at fault for the delay Also the pay has been decreased.

    Issues with the app and trying to update the orders when delayed. It's not fair that if a order is delayed over 10 minutes and the driver doesn't want to wait that the driver gets dinged for canceling the order. The rate of pay per delivery is to low and drivers can not support themselves on the low pay from Grubhub. Grubhub makes more money then the drivers do and it's sad that the company executives are multi millionaires when their drivers are struggling to survive.

    The app goes offline.I could not mark "arrived" grubhub say continue with delivery..I do that ..delivered the order...after 20 minutes of trying to get in touch with customer care..grubhub unassigns the order and I didnt get paid..After finally getting to customer Service..they say there is nothing they can do..They sent an email with paperwork to fill out to get my money..There was no supervisor I could talk too..One simple question was if i did the delivery but didnt get paid WHO DID.

    I'm stuck in an infinite loop of it confirming my phone number, then making me sign back in. It says your phone number has been confirmed. I hit continue. Makes me sign back in. Says my phone is confirmed. Hit continue. Oh... now I've got to sign back in again. Etc. Etc. Etc. Etc.

    Bs app, some restaurants only get order when you mark arrive, so you'll have to wait an unknown amount of time. Spent an hour waiting for restaurant to finish and was only paid $2.53 for my time by GH. use Uber Eats for more convince, but Grubhub will keep you busy. Oh, and GH interface is terrible and unsafe for a mobile app dedicated to drivers. Also I just recieved 3 emails from GH that were meant for a restaurant, and the name wasn't mine.

    App is trash. Tried to sign up to drive and after verifying my email and phone number it kicks me back to the log in screen. After logging back in it says to verify my phone number again once I click confirm it goes back to the log in screen. It's just stuck in a loop.

    Best driver application for making quick extra income. Truly recommend versus Doordash, Postmates or Uber Eats. Not as many orders, but better tips! 5 🌟. ✌

    Why does the app randomly change from "earnings" to "pay summary" and refuse to open the pay section when it says "pay summary"? Makes no damn sense.

    The new "order is not ready" screen does NOT WORK. also, after I've called the diner post arrival, it does NOT ALLOW me to start the 5 min counter for the diner to be notified that I'm here. I've passed this info along to GrubHub support, but issue STILL hasn't been fixed.

    Customer service is abysmal. Can't get thrlem to update my region so I can request blocks. I have emailed countless times because my name is also spelled wrong in the app and keep getting automated responses.

    This is bar far the worst delivery platform to date. From long wait times to absolutely 0 driver support, how in the world is anybody supposed to make any money with this? I mean holyshit I thought Postmates was bad, this is like 10x worse!

    Not too bad, still some works left improve on this GH DRIVER APP. Recently the Navigation System Option in the app's App Setting not existing or missing. Also when offer comes I think keeps ringing for almost 60 Seconds or more, that is too long, needs to be shorter. Order Delivery sometimes gets so difficult due to misguiding instructions and poor customer instructions.

    UPDATE ; With update to orange now you get the 2 dings notification when you get an order before it vibrates. Still hit or miss if the cowbell rings after vibrating but this improves delivery available notifications. Have had some issues receiving new order available cow bell.... I always check my phone settings and only have issues with GH. How about sending a text also ? That way there is no question if an order was missed or if it your app just not working properly. (PS : it's the latter)

    There send u too a far away place with little pay. After getting to your pickup and the order is canceled u will not be paid the time and distance u covered it ridiculous.u call the customer care abt delay in the restaurant,waiting for abt 45min for one order .d customer care talks too u as if u are begging for money from Grubhub,and tell u that ur acceptance rate will be affected if u drop the order.. who does that to it workers.. this Grubhub company are trash.. dey don't care abt the drivers.
