    No updates in long time. Auto upload camera pictures does not work. Backup does not work. Both always says 'Upload Cancelled' for each file. Downloading a folder it goes file by file, impossible to cancel a download action, if the folder is heavy, you'll have files downloading forever, even if you uninstall and reinstall the app 😂 I'm frustrated for the NO ACTION of the company to fix this issues, avobe all, because I bought the lifetime higher plan😔

    Overall a good app. Auto-Upload doesn't work, get cancelled everytime. Also there should be no deleting in inactivity.

    I complained about a major bug 6 months ago still the same issue today. You cant download a file from the encrypted folder. It says downloaded but they are no where on my device. Even with the search tool they dont exist on the device.

    Need work on communication and billing. Also still has image upload issues. I was going to subscribe but went with another, more established solution. Methods of communication are not clear and I still haven't even found a "chat" method.

    Excellent experience thus far using app on both a newer and a very old android device. Slick for storage, backups, and transferring. Will purchase lifetime subscription and include my computer on the service. Among Icedrive's winning features: - The backup function really works as a smart backup: what a superb addition to a cloud storage acct! - App interface is well-conceived, effective, attractive, easy to use. - Option to pin-lock app when wanting to remain logged in is helpful.

    Upload speed and download speed needs a boost. I'm a pro user but the speed is till extremely slow I must say. I love the app but the speed is my only problem. Will give a 5 star rating when the speed has been improved.

    Terrible app. It logged me out, and I could never log in again. It completely forgot the password and when I tried to reset it, it never sent me the email. I tried to contact the support center, and they never replied. Don't waste your money with this terrible application.

    Best app, just it cannot sync any other album than camera folder. Also there is no option to sync other folders manually. We can just upload the other folders manually....

    So far, so good. It does all the basics you would expect for a cloud storage app. I love the fact I can access my IceDrive via WebDav. I'm very pleased with IceDrive so far.

    i downloaded my files, it was downloaded, but when i tried to open all the downloaded files, i couldn't find it anywhere, yup it just disappeared, i lost all my files idk what happened.

    i have just subscribed monthly plan but i am unable to log in to my account because of 2FA ....i put code instantaneously but it shows authentication failed.....moreon i don't have any link from ice drive to recover my account....also not having good response from ice drive team....they send reply that please contact to our support team but don't give any number or email id where i can ask them about my problem....
