Flight Amsterdam - Chicago via Dublin. Waste of time. Ypu could not include Amsterdam- Dublin flight, Aer Lingus did not recognize your pass, and I will have to go to the counter at the Airport to check in .

super easy and instructions were easy to follow!! I really liked the fact that once every was complete, it states ready to sail!!

Easy way to get set for your flight! I'll be flying with American Airlines and the only concern is that I'm not sure how to get the boarding pass QR Code.

Terrible app, had to get my daughter to help use it. It couldn't read the covid cert QR code, then took over 4 hours to approve it manually. It shouldn't be this difficult?

Doesn't work. I get hung up on adding a companion. I don't have a companion. I'm flying solo, why is this app so confusing?

Is not friendly user alot of how to, but hard to follow confusing directions.

Didn't even use it for aa flight. Just used email verification from doctor which was good enough. This app is not user friendly and not intuitive.

Why, oh why? Why on Earth does American Airlines recommend this app for use during travel? Why? Why does the airline want to aggravate its passengers? Why? Why does this app even exist? How do I get back the time I wasted in it, and recover from my frustration? How? Anybody? Please? 🥺

Unclear data security, scan QR code does not work (seems to be a common problem), further instructions not clear or prompted. Why it won't accept a digital upload of vaccine cert (as a first option even) is beyond me.

Decent idea but the app isn't well designed or thoughtful. 7 days and info still isn't verified by Verify team, making it pointless and necessary to rely on printed info. No way to update, refresh, or enter data without cancelling trip and starting over. Despite the push by airiness to use it, save yourself time and frustration - skip it

British airways should not recommend such application, it's stupid to ask to scan a barcode, how can I scan without printing the docs. If had my docs printed I won't be using this app.

"Scan the QR code [of your vaccine cert]." What, the one that's on my phone? Scan my phone with my phone? What genius came up with this? What genius then feel for the sales pitch?!

Intermittent. Took 3 attempts to upload FTR test results whereas others didn't. Uhh??? Also got "unknown error 408".

It actually worked. I think it's an unnecessary step, but there could be better instructions on what to do and how to create a pass. Impossible to scan a code on my phone and it didn't accept the one on my printout, so I had to manually enter the info. But it did take the PDF upload. Only took about 10 minutes for approval

There is no way to enter travel information without scanning QR code.

I didn't use app after reading reviews, but trying to check in from home forced my hand so I made the attempt and I agree it is awful. I am unable to manage it. And I have no clue what I am doing wrong as it does not tell you. The only thing I have manage is to raise my blood pressure.

Useless.. No contact phone or chat to get answers. No excemptions list for covid test result on check list. "scan QR code" thats on your phone screen,.. What a joke. Ditch this cr,App.

Useless!! I managed to set up everything for a trip from the UK to Croatia. When I checked in with BA at Heathrow Airport the dude didn't even know about this useless app and asked for all the documents/paperwork I had uploaded again. Do not download / use this.

Its got a terrible bug... The selfie screen is using the back camera!! Duh. There is NO control or option to switch to front camera.... Had to ask someone to take my "selfie"...

The worst app I have ever downloaded. Has no validity in any case. User experience is atrocious. BA, why do you ask travellers to download it???

Not worth the hassel. We were promted to use this from AA. Flying to Spain, Italy and back to US. The app itself is confusing, in you have to hit back arrows, wait for certian time periods. They do not partner w/ Airport labs for results. And the cut off time, enter time is a small window. The app once you start a trip, but if you have started it outside the window, you have to wait. If you forget, then out of luck. Last, NO ONE ASKS FOR THE APP. So why bother with the hassel.

One of the worst apps I've ever used. Recommended by BA with heavy disclaimers about data use. Took 2 hrs to take the obligatory selfie, constantly changing and contradictory error messages, wouldn't accept the QR code on either the passenger locator form or the PCR result. Deleted the app and printed off the forms instead. Utter garbage.

Won't accept my surname Tried lower case,caplocks etc etc but it's accepting first name in all type of combinations
