    Horrible updates. Only way to use app is to have GPS location on. Or you get a stupid msg about how there working hard... when it's actually not working because gps isn't on.

    The app basically never works and I have to answer security questions every time I want to login when it DOES work b cuz it never remembers my device.

    Mobile check deposit is horrrrible The check deposit part of this app is super frustrating! It will take a picture and then never give you the check mark to use it. Once you finally get the first picture you have to take a picture of the other side, which does the same thing. once you finally get a picture of that the app says that one of your pictures needs to be retaken. During this whole process the app crashes 3 or 4 times and you have to restart from the beginning. Can i give this less then 1 star please?

    Can no longer open the app! Android 10, Galaxy s9+. App stopped working a few weeks ago and I keep hoping an update fixes it, but I can only go so long without access to my money 🙃

    Never works I'm with keybank because it's the only bank near my school, and at first everything was fine. But now, nothing works. First it started not being able to sign on. Then once I would sign on, I would be asked about Quick view and Fingerprinting every single time, even though I already put in my preferences. But now, when I try to open it, it says Our App Can't Be Opened. Even when I go to the Quick view it says the same thing. Plus, with or without Internet, quick view barely works.

    Wow this is bad This used to be usable when it was just a webview wrapper around the mobile site. This is just awful now, clearly they have no idea how to create an android app.

    Update killed it New update makes app useless on nexus 5. Screen not sized correctly, very hard to navigate through the app. The important buttons are hidden off screen. When I finally made it to the check deposit screen it wouldn't open my camera. And now I have mobile deposit written on a check I can't deposit. What a horrible update with no quality control. **UPDATED** added one more star because I was able to get a check deposited, not user friendly

    Wanted to check out if i had overdraft protection. Was frustrated in my attempt. Was offered a hyperlink to apply on the app, which took me took the browser. I was logged in on the app, but not in the browser, annoying but understandable as programing this i can see difficult. However the issue was that i could not find the same link provided to me in the app in the browser. Nor did searching for it in help assist me at all. DON'T LIE TO PEOPLE, PLEASE.

    A lot of times the website is out of out of service or says come back a little later Or it We'll say you have answered your questions wrong when you know they are the correct ones now app won't read my fingerprint to sign in what is going on

    I like the app, but it messes up a lot. locks us out of our account, won't come up says "we are expecting some difficulties", makes you change your password. I wish the bugs would get worked out so this app would be awesome.

    Broken Fingerprint opt-in screen returns after setup with no yes option (already opted in). Quick view opt-in returns always (opt out does not save). Soft buttons are hidden on return from screen lock so no way to navigate away from app. Split screen does not work. No ATM locator, a basic banking app function. Plagued with aggressive product marketing. Overall poor app performance as if it was not tested.

    Can't deposit checks I've been using this app for a year and its been my main way to deposit my work checks. Now with this stupid auto capture thing it will take a picture of the front of the check and then log me out so it doesn't deposit.. Bring the old version back. This upgrade killed it.

    Cannot do Mobile Deposit again. Ugh Update again: whatever you did. It wont let me deposit!!! Update: Thank you for the update! I can now deposit my checks! Thank you listening to your clients. It is much appreciated. *old, This app is worthless if I can't do Mobile checking. Before the update everything was working fine. I have about 6 checks I can't deposit. Awesome. Until this problem is fixed. One star. I have the Galaxy S7 Edge. No place to do Mobile deposit.

    Revert to pervious version This update absolutely sucks! The mobile app isn't mobile friendly. I now log in to my PC to do my "mobile" banking. Not user friendly. Not formatted to fit my phone (what the eff is that about??). Not intuitive. Nothing is where it used to be. I go in circles looking for features. I've never been more frustrated with an app update. It makes me want to switch banks it's so awful

    Crappy Update I hate the newest update to this app. It's confusing, hard to find things, asks for your password multiple times whenever you try to do something. Logging in is a pain as it doesn't let you paste your password in from a secure vault app. With a complex password it takes too much time to lookup and enter. Can't find scheduled transfers any longer. Not worth the aggravation. Also there's no way to close the app. Sign off just logs you out but stays on the login screen with no way to exit.

    Degrading update Now I'm forced to completely log in each time. Use name is not saved, answering security questions finger print ID not an option. And everything at the bottom of the app screen is cut off.
