    New ap stinks, I agree with all others, I was already to a free donut and nearly to a free coffee, now I have this dozen nonsense. I never buy a dozen, ridiculous. Unistalling!

    All previous rewards points have been wiped out, along with the account itself. Cant login with Facebook or the password, tried the verification code twice, but said couldn't find customer. Let's go back to the original app😜

    I had rewards available prior to the update. Now I am unable to log into my account as I keep getting error messages when trying to use forgot password. Logging in with Facebook is impossible as I do not have a promo code. Closest store is an hour and a half from home anyway. Maybe its time I supported local businesses.

    Not a fan of the update. I liked the point system better. Also, I dont like having to sign in everytime I open the app. It should stay logged in like the old one.

    I had only 10 more points to get a free dozen now I'm at 5 credits out of 12? I miss being able to redeem my points for anything not having to buy 12 of a certain thing to get one free. This is nonsense. Why did you guys even update this app to begin with? It was fine the way it was. Krispys losing my business for this for sure.

    The new rewards system is needlessly complicated and gets rid of your ability to use rewards points towards anything you don't typically purchase. You earn credits in tracks, ie the purchase of 1 doughnut gives you 1 doughnut credit, 1 dozen gives you one dozen credit, NOT 12 doughnut credits. Where are my old points? Very disappointing.

    The new update totally sucks ocean rocks. I had over 2700 points before the update when it changed it went 11 dozen free donuts and now that is gone too. What is going on it needs to be fixed or I'm going to start going to dunkin donuts and i can't stand their coffee.

    I HATE the new update. It log me out of my account and now I can't even log in nor create an account. I lost over 300 points which I could have redeem for something. This app is now useless because it won't even let me do anything. Can't log in nor create an account. Useless!

    No more... Second time trying this app...second time uninstalling...there won't be a third..will not let me register, in spite of apparently needing everything but a blood sample to do so..best doughnuts on Earth, but don't waste your time on this app..

    The "new" design SUCKS! It's NOT easier to navigate. I give it a BIG THUMBS DOWN!!! Plus I waited for my points to carry over as you said they would and guess what? They DID NOT!! I had 276 points for which I could CHOOSE my reward. Now I have only 1 pt towards one dozen dang donuts. No choice, dozen donut only and WHAT HAPPENED TO MY OTHER 276 PTS??

    I hate the update. There's no more value in the rewards. I was able to redeem a free donut before the update, but now it says I'm 0 credits away. I assume you have to buy 12 of each item before you get a reward for those items. That's terrible. It used to be you go to Krispy Kreme and get about 50 points for buying a dozen, thus only needing to buy 5 dozens for a free dozen reward. Please change it back

    The app logged me out. I tried to log back in. Says password is wrong. Tried resetting password. Says customer doesn't exist. So now I have no access to the points I have saved up. Thanks.

    **update** had enough points to get 2 free dozen now I only get one this new update date isn't good just gonna redeem what I have and delete and go to Dunkin from now on see ya Krispy new update let me log in but deleted all my points sucks because I had over 350 was about to use them.

    On the old app, I had earned 300 points which earned one free dozen original glazed. After updating the app, it said 3 donuts were earned!...going to revert back if possible. Not cool Krispy Kreme :(

    I HATE the update..The hot light notification looked so much better before and the old version was easier to navigate. Seems as if you had to spend less with the old system to earn a reward. I liked earning towards anything. And not being limited to buy 12 donuts get 1..buy 12 drinks get 1 etc.

    Loved the old app and just like everyone else has said the new app logged me out and I cant get back in or create a new account. I'm stuck in a loop. I hope when I get into the app my points are still there

    Terrible app and experience. I can save my card to the account, but it doesn't show up when I pay. I manually enter in my cc info, but it keeps telling me "Uh oh! Invalid billing method". Why don't you want to take my money?

    Full menu is not available through the app. Also constantly have issues with placing orders as it keeps saying invalid billing. Horrible app

    The app will not let you log back in after it loses your credentials. Then it will not let you make new password. Keeps coming back as their could a dozen reasons why this is happening. No it is only happening since you updated the app. It sucks now.

    App sends hotlight notifications regardless whether you actually want them. Push messages do not work and often disappear after clicking on them. Login is unreliable. This app is not working.
