    Hi to developers. I am not able to use the app anymore as it wouldn't allow me to login. The pop up which appears say: "Sign in Unsuccessful: Please check that device time does not override, blah blah". The problem have been persistent and i have deleted and installed the app multiple times. I use Galaxy S20Ultra. Hopefully someone will turn up. Cheers.

    App doesn't work properly as before on Samsung z flip Keep saying bank transfer not available locked for next 5 days And if you pay by bpay it will charge you extra and you have to call them to fix it. So annoying

    ATM I dont have problems,but I am still waiting for my latest purchase on Skinny. And Skinny until now didnt confirmed my order yet. Hopefully this will be done soon.

    Absolutely terrible didn't realise that the app would work completely against you thanks and goodbye not trusted also made 2 make complaints almost impossible 2 actually resolve cheers also won't allow a connection unless your full bar.. doesn't make sense

    Such a shocking app. Not practical at all, as well as FAQ's and live chat not helping, just for someone there to tell me to email them to give me the same advise. Was hoping to streamline my spendings but i can't even register a card so 👎👎👎

    I can login through a computer or my phone when I google latitude pay, but this app doesn't let me log in.

    App keeps crashing. Uninstall and restart phone. installed still crash. Phones calls waste of time. Send email waste of time.

    Wouldnt work, says i need an latitude ID and my email is already assigned. A year later it is still the worst app. WILL NOT RECOGNISE MY PASSWORD. I continue to use a browser login because , lets be frank, all apps are just browser windows. How can it be so hard to write an app that works? Deleted. Zero stars.

    Easy to use. Once you realise you need to tap on your card picture to do stuff. Maybe 😂 better to do something around the card so newbies know what to do. I've used it twice and was still looking how to access my details. Possibly some outline around the card..something nice to look at would be a mind reminder

    Can't link my card to the created Latitude ID. Support is useless. They couldn't link the card either. The promised call back never eventuated. Just use the browser and save yourselves a lot of hassle.

    not impressed. Charged me $30 for late fees but i paid well before time and cant even query on app.. rip off merchants dodgy app.

    Unable to access, have call customer service who said to uninstall and reinstall the app, stating this would fix the issue. Have done so, but still not able to access or reset the password. It's not like the app is sophisticated and offer lots of options and yet it cant do the one thing it is required for.
