    If you get this app, they'll send spam emails without explicit consent and without an easy way to unsubscribe, in violation of the GDPR. --- To reply to the developer response: I received emails from the app without consent, which is illegal in the EU. The unsubscribe link in the email doesn't work and I kept receiving emails after contacting the support email address (still with a broken unsubscribe link).

    Pros - Good for playing podcasts - skip back 10s and forward 30s are very well designed and user tested epiosdes\u200b controls Cons - Major UX issues, unintuitive actions. - would like more playlists/ more ways to sort my "play later" list More details on the major UX issues - To play an episode you tap on it, and it brings up a preview instead of playing it. - Current episode player controls appear on previews of other podcasts. - This took me some time to get use to. Gets confusing when you try to play a new episode and end up resuming what you were previously playing. - Things marked as played/unplayed isn't visually clear, nor is it obvious why it's useful to have this label. - Multi-selecting episodes looks like youre marking things as "played". - There are swipe shortcuts to perform "mark as played/unplayed" actions but doesn't tell you what you've done (uses symbols that don't make sense to first time users). - The difference between "play later" and "download" still isn't 100% clear to me. All very confusing for first time users. Feels annoying complex and for something that I feel should be simple. - why is "play later" better than "download" and recommended in the app help without clear explanation. - why not combine these into one function that does both. - If its because users are worried about data use, and don't want to d/l things, let them customise this in settings maybe. - should "play later" be called "bookmark" instead of implying you can play this offline. - Discover feature to find new podcasts you might be interested in, aren't very inspiring. - Seems to only recommend episodes that come up in a search result of the last thing you searched for. This okay, but not exactly smart. It's like when Amazon recommends a product you've recently bought.

    Love it. It has all of the per podcast customization that I need. I use it primarily in the car and I wish I could custom order my subscriptions for Android Auto, but other than that it meets my needs perfectly.

    Efficient, clear and useful Useful app, good variety of podcasts and super efficient at adding new ones you suggest. Downloads seem a bit random, not clear how to manage them. Great app though, thanks!

    Fixed! Edit: seems to have resolved itself. Latest update won't display subscription episodes. Just a blank page even though it says the podcast updated 24 hours ago

    Good variety of podcasts but a somewhat confusing interface. Some functionalities take a second to understand. The option to listen later is amazing, though. Overall very pleasant and effective.

    Fantastic podcast app. Best on Google Play and I've tried over a dozen others. The amount of settings and customization, along with the clean interface makes it a joy to use. Subscriptions update as expected and and are displayed in a neat orderly manner. It's easy to add rss feeds. No complaints. Would gladly have paid $3-$5 for it. Thank you devs! 5 Stars!

    The search function on this app straight-up doesn't work. You can browse by category but it's not like it's in alphabetical order or anything. You just have to hope that it suggests the podcast you want. What a piece of garbage app.
