    Might be nice of it worked! I have been trying to use it amd it brings up the deal saying "scan this code"... No code is there amd the manager said it must be an app glitch. Glitched for 2 weeks. You would think such a large company could get their app to work properly.

    Works when I don't need it, Does not work while I need it. I am all the sudden unable to pull up the bar codes to scan. I used the the deals about 3 times last week, so I know it has worked before. The app is very fast and responsive, except for that whole "deals" part doesn't work now.

    I like the coupons and being able to see the menu. The problem is, I keep getting error messages when trying to login. It also logs me out when I'm in the drive-thru every. single. time. Then takes forever to get logged back in. Sometimes, the coupons won't load at all.

    App is really slow. It doesn't always work and I have had issues where the restaurant doesn't get my order and they say too bad nothing we can do. Too bad because this app could be awesome.

    It's nice getting deals, but I wish there an option to write a review about our orders. Majority of the time they always get my order wrong or missed some items.

    Since update it says I cant see points i cant access code to earn point and so it is basically useless. Everything was fine before the update. I had several thousand points accumulated and now it cant even show and pressing refresh doesn't do anything.

    My mobile order was sent to the wrong store then when I got there they didn't have over half of my order. They stated I needed to cancel thru the app which it doesn't allow you to. Still struggling days later to get a refund. Decided to give the app a 2nd try. THIS time once I got to the store kept telling me there was an issue with the payment but the payment showed on my credit card 16 times but would not let the order go thru. The store had to cancel the order in store so now I'm waiting to make sure my credit card was not charged. Horrible experience both times.

    The second worst app on my phone behind Snapchat, only slightly above Pogo in terms of how completely broken it is. Not user friendly, slow as molasses, doesn't work about 30% of the time, throws errors almost once every single order. The only thing that keeps me using it is that it eliminates the need to talk to other humans, coupons, and streamlines what is already an embarrassing process. However, that streamlining is out the window whenever I need to fight the app, which again, is most of the time.

    Pay deals requires credit cards online. Not safe enough these days...so cant use HALF of your coupons.

    What's the point of having an app if it does not work? It keeps stating there was a problem with the internet connection yet this is on my phone and I have unlimited internet. Thanks for nothing.

    It never works initially. I always have to log out of the app and log back in, or sometimes even uninstall the app and add it back for it to work.

    Normally I like the app but I've noticed that when I scan for my free drink that it's not honoring it. Fix this!! If I'm taking time to download the app and I'm using it properly on top of spending MY money THEN you should honor me by having the app work properly and honor. It'll scan but it doesn't take the money off. Quid pro quo.

    Everytime I try to use this app it says not available when I try to use a code. There's no code so I uninstall and try again and it says the coupon is not valid . the manager said its been used somewhere else. Well I didn't use it anywhere else. Just irritating. The manager took the product off for me but still.

    Won't let me utlize the mobile ordering for a store that clearly does mobile ordering. Waste of time. Faster to drive there and go thru drive thru than to spend 45 minutes to get the app to try to take my order.

    the meal deal this morning the girl brought it out but forgot my drink she said she would go back to get it I waited in the parking lot 5 minutes before I went back in and she told me my drink was not on the order which was false and that's why she didn't come back out

    I love this app. It's frustrating when it doesn't work and I try to use it and the worker says that the app is down and they won't honor it unless they can scan it.

    It doesn't work it says something went wrong when I attempt to redeem offers. I have a Samsung phone maybe that's the reason why buy overall its been a terrible experience!

    I've been using this app for a while and most of the time the app works great but I ran into a problem with the McCafe part where I had purchased 2 in the past then bought 2 yesterday and the app didn't add 2 to my count, it still shows me with 2 McCafe purchases

    My app always says 4 more to go when I order the caramel iced coffee. I have probably bought 15 of them. Always says 4 more to go. They scan the code. I have never gotten a free one.

    It is a nice app. However, it do tend to take a very long time to load, also get error message a lot as well.

    App WAS working great then suddenly it kept telling me there was a problem with my payment, even after I added a different card, cleared the cache, closed all other apps, uninstalled & reinstalled it, restarted my phone several times. There isn't an issue with either card as I have paid for the orders with the very same cards, so let's not go there. Long story short, the problem is with the app.
