    For some reason I am not able to update this app from my device, I've tried everything and still no update. I know it needs one, as I am not able to make a purchase untill I update. As per Mercari's request each time I try to buy something.

    Why did you guys change the app?? Why can't we view all of our listings anymore?? That makes zero sense. Why can we only see the first 50 listings in anybody's profile?? This is going to cause ALOT less sales. I can't understand why you would change this. It's really annoying. I liked your app before and delt with some of the minor annoyances but if it stays this way I don't think I will even waste my time on it anymore. It wouldn't be worth it for anybody that has alot of items to sell.

    It's a pretty good app. You can sell almost anything, there's private messaging, and sellers can rate buyers. Items are easy to list and Mercari's percentage per sale is very reasonable. I also appriciate the shipping options. And the price suggestion is a good feature. There's plenty of things I'd like to see change: Mercari is a bit too controlled. One should be able to rate with an actual star value, not "great, good, poor". We should be able to edit our reviews. Ratings should also be optional. Sellers and buyers should not have to rate each other in order for the seller to get paid. Poshmark does this very well - after 3 days after the item is delivered, if the buyer does not file a complaint and/or forgets to accept the item, the seller still gets paid. The buyer shouldn't have to "chase" the buyer down for payment. As long as I have things to get rid of, I will be selling on Mercari. I will also keep editing my review with every positive/negative change they make. I think giving people a platform to sell is a wonderful thing. I just know this particular platform could be better.

    I do not like it since the recent update. You can only view the last 50 items that someone has listed instead of all their items like it was before. Change it back!!

    Are you kidding me? App crashing every time I try to check my profile and rate my buyer, can't get to my listings or my balance. Fix this please!!

    You used to be able to comment on an item to ask about the item, like size, now there is no way to. I won't be buying jeans from here anymore since I can't get the actual size on them.

    Good concept, poor execution. HORRIBLE buyer protection. RESTRICTS rating a seller poorly when they don't uphold their end of the contact (unless you don't want to see your refund money, EVER). DOESN'T THAT CREATE A BIASED RATING SYSTEM?!? (One that influences ratings to trend towards the positive?) Isn't that illegal? (Consumer Review Freedom Act) Sign me up for a class action!!!

    You can get sued for false advertising. You said there's everything in this app. I downloaded the app and couldn't find somethings I wanted to get. So change your saying or get everything in this app.

    You now have to deactivate all your listings, not just one. The same when trying to activate a listing. And dont have a typo that you may want to correct because theres no option to edit. But in the help section it says otherwise. The last version was user friendly and the help section actually helped.

    Users do not ship items, cancel orders without warning. Don't waste your time. Use letgo or eBay instead.

    Loved the App experience. All around good app, only 2 glitches in a over a months use so i expect improvement. 1 issue: The coupons have rather short expirations dates(~1week). So do not use any coupon until you are ready to order.

    I have in my profile that I smoke to let people know. Mercari allowed a return BC the lady said it smelt like smoke. I found this to be very unfair. I had a return request over something that was sized wrong and it wasn't approved. There for I'm deleting this app. So you lost a good customer BC I buy and sell all the time, but not anymore.

    I kept trying to buy something from one person. And the seller would cancel my order, then turn around and raise the price. She did this twice. I'm not going to attempt to buy it a third time. The price that is originally posted, should be honored. And because I couldn't find a place to send a complaint via the app, I have to write it on here.

    It's a really good app with lots of different things you can do with ease. I just wish that it had a way to delete messages that you send to other people because I have so many messages and it is unnecessary. Other than that, it is a very easy app to use.

    I have had a good experience as a buyer but a horrible experience with my first sale. I sent my item an hour after it was purchased and four days after it arrived I still haven't received the money paid because the buyer hasn't submitted a review of my sale. It will be another 24 hours before I am supposed to contact the company. I imagine the process of holding money until the item arrives protects the company and the buyer but it can be frustrating as a seller with a nonresponsive buyer.

    It's great app for finding deals but if you sell on it beware it's difficult. If you sell something right before a long holiday weekend they will cancel your sale because you didn't ship it in the time frame set by the app. They don't take post office closures into account period.

    At the beginning I thought the app was great. But when I wanted to list more items a pop up appeared saying "Listing is not available in your region" even though I have posted items before.

    Love this app with the exception of a few drawbacks. One, you can't get your funds until a buyer rates you and they often forget to. This can be a week long process after item is shipped. Two, deposits you make from the app to an account (and only a checking account) takes a long time to process. There's no paypal transfers. Could stand to have a wider category selection and more brands when listing. The great things? Simple to do. 4 pictures max upload, set your price and wait. You can bargain with people and in some cases shipping yourself will save you a few bucks. The drawback of that is if you don't have tracking for a very small item, you can't prove you shipped it. So anything in an envelope may be "lost" so hope your buyer is an honest one! This helps offset the 10% the app takes from the sellers. If you are a buyer you can get refunds simply by requesting and taking a pic of whatever you got that was misrepresented. Also if you have waited a while for shipping and the buyer doesn't respond, you request a refund and you'll get it within a day. All in all its a great app for a buyer and a good app for a seller :)

    I put up "my face" for sale for 50 dollars as a joke and they disabled my account??? It was clearly a joke and they took down the item for me so there was nothing more I could have done to stop them from deleting the account! Kinda stupid if you ask me. No repeated offence just 1 warning to a thing that was already taken care of.

    When items sell, they don't disappear from my search. I don't have time to waste looking through pages of items that are already sold. And those items make up 75% of the search results.

    Please add a button for the seller to push to notify the buyer "The seller has been notified of their purchase and will be shipping as soon as possible."
