Awful connection between ads manager, instagram and facebook page. Some ads are shown only in ads manager and not in the other apps and the other way around. Can't preview almost never because of lagging. It changes my ad photo format form 1:1 to 3:2 when I duplicate an ad without any notice and without giving me the option to modify or crop the photo at that moment. I sent a request but didn't had any reply. Disappointing. Really disappointing!!!

Constantly said "connection lost" whether I was on 4G or Wi-Fi and wouldn't let me edit my ads.

Can't promote my page ! Anyone can explain what the f**king is going on ??

No call to action change It doesn't let you change the call to action after an ad has been published. But overall the app is very good.

Really bad performance, not happy Everytime I open this app, it gets crashed just after 2-3 clicks..have reported the error n number of times but there seems to be absolutely no response, disappointed 😞

The app is okay. Hoping it would be more flexible in reviewing campaigns, just like how it is in desktop, where we could choose which metrics (such as ctr) we want to see, and choose specific dates for comparison. Until they do that, 4 stars for now.

This latest release sucks - keeps crashing, extremely sloooooow, can't manage my ads, utterly useless. I had to uninstall and reinstall to get a usable app. Latest release should never have been released to the store, shocking quality. Please fix, and improve your product quality for a better review!

Please improve some minor things.. =>Improve ability to load previews of ads its taking too much of time to open up preview. =>Provide an option to download images which has been uploaded on ads manager previously so we can edit again etc.

Overall, an excellent app. However the addition of features that currently can only be used on computers, such as the ability to edit audiences, would increase the effectiveness of this app and subsequently my rating of it.

Irritating Cant find the "campaign on" option here. why its complicated to turn on a campaign which was off. It goes same for the desktop as well.

Way too many things it CANNOT do! Very frustrating app...has minimal functions to actually edit an existing ad set. Waste of time

Horrible ! I removed my add and Facebook keeps running new ones! It keeps charging my card and there is no way to contact or turn the ads off. I deleted this app

Nothing works Couldn't change anything in current ads. Half the things I needed to do when creating a new ad couldn't be done at all. Most of the other things came up with errors. Uninstalling. Too bad as it would have been very convenient.

Good App, Needs More Details Great overall. Would be nice to be able to view information about demographics and where the ad was viewed.

No options There are not much option like we used to see in desktop. And also cannot access desktop version of ads manager on mobile
