SIMILAR PLAY APP STATS

The big problem with this app is messaging delays. You'll get a notification on your phone that you have received a message - you then go to your inbox then... nothing. Refreshing doesn't help. You can wait an hour or even longer before the message appears. This is major!

I dislike the new update.. Why do you have to remove the labels? It is much easier to sort messages if you put the labels back 😔

Always lost connection immediately, then i need to close and wipe out from memory and then restart the app then it connects again. Again lost connection within one minute. Strange app.

I'm uninstalling this app. Stops me from getting to messages on my fb page on time or at all!

Please add a copy link option next time. It is very disturbing to copy a link a products.

It does the minimum of what I need, but I can do more just using the Facebook app. I don't get my messages when they come in, which messes with my response time. And I can't see my reviews . Disappointed.

So poor it's unbelievable. Can't filter reviews. Get notifications of a new review and unable to reply without scrolling through previous ones. Share function doesn't work at all. Rubbish.

Worst. If your page is unpublished. They would even explain why and will not give any options on how to improve your page. They will take down your page will not even send a single refund for the boosted ads you made. Plus the app is really slow but worse than the app is customer service.

The app has been getting consistently worse. With delayed messages to all the messages pinging in rapid succession like a machine gun fire ! and now adding insult to injury, in the latest update, when we try to upload an image, the list of folders that shows is not even in alphabetical order. Same is the problem with Instagram. Don's you guys ever try to evaluate these "upgrades" for ergonomics before you force them on to us ?

What is the point of having an app to monitor your page, when it doesn't send you notifications. How come you put those notifications on iOS but miss it here? Ridiculous!Fix it!

Have an issue. It is not showing the name of admins who have made a particular post...it is not showing the admin who have posted..please fix.. i am having a great trouble due to this issue.,

Great for managing a few pages and scheduling posts but my messages from customers aren't syncing up. I'll get a new message, I can see the new message and a short preview of what it's saying, but on opening it the message is not updated with the new contents, only what I last replied with. Been happening for a month now even with new phone, even with opening and closing app and clearing cache. Now I'm uninstalling and re-installing to double check but I did this last month too. It also keeps saying I already have scheduled posts but I don't. Update needed!

Invite button is not working with new update

Why The app rarely shows comments when I click from my notifications. It occasionally won't load when I start the app. Sadly, I need it to reply to comments on my store's page. Why do I need a separate app, when this functionality can be in the main app. It is stupid to make me go back and forth between two separate apps.

Unnecessary and doesn't work All I want to do is check one message for my page and I have to download yet another app? It's ridiculous. On top of that, it doesn't even open. What a waste of space, just like the rest of Facebook.

The app gives timely notifications, but when opening the app to check them, nothing ever loads. Whether I'm connected via 4g or WiFi, it refuses to respond. Highly disappointed.

I need and love this app! Didn't have any problem on my LG, but now it's forced to close every time I want to use it on my Huawei device :(
