Registered participants in the Study program use this app to take part in market research. Participation is by invitation only. If you haven't been invited to join the program, this app won't work on your phone.

Insights from this program help us learn which apps people value and how they’re used. That way, we can build better products for Facebook and the community.

What info does the Study app collect?
Through the Study app, we collect and analyze participants' apps usage data. This includes info about:
• The apps installed on participants' phones
• Time participants spend using apps
• Participants’ country, device, network type, carrier and language settings
• Features participants use in certain apps, like home screen or support
• Names of service providers displayed in participants’ apps, like advertising networks
• The Paired Devices program collects and analyzes information from your phone about the Bluetooth devices paired and device identification codes

How does Facebook use this info?
We gain insights using data from groups of participants for business and product research
• Info from participants helps us learn which apps people value and how they're used
• We're able to better understand our community to improve Facebook Company Products
• The Study app doesn’t collect user IDs, passwords or content people share, including messages or ad content
• We don't sell data from this app to third parties

To analyze data from the Study app, we may reference other info Facebook Viewpoints and Facebook have about you, such as your age, gender and how you use Facebook Company Products. This allows us to learn more about how you use different services.

Connecting to Facebook Company Products
We don’t add the apps usage data we collect through your participation in the Study program to accounts on other Facebook Company Products.

Your apps usage data will not be used to personalize your experience, including to provide and improve ads for you and others, on Facebook Company Products.

    You don't really have to do anything just know that they are keeping track or monitoring your online activity but you do get paid $10 a month $5 every 2 weeks that you could put towards gift card or whatever so pretty simple.

    Have had this for over a year...I wish something new would come along or at least upgrade to more points for being with it for so long...get more from survey apps but it's something at least so I keep it...not sure for how much longer though I don't think it's really worth it. I will give a better review once they better the app.

    What's not to love about getting paid $5 every 2 weeks to do what I was going to do anyways? only complaint, payouts take longer than I'd like. however there are often other ways to get payouts quickly. Can't complain about free money :D

    This is prolly the coolest app i have it stays in the back ground outta the way never interupts what i am doing on my phone ever and the best part is they credit your account with at least $5 weekly. Sometimes morr than $5 if they ate having a special promotion or new special study going on. Love it!!!!

    Not a scam!!! Once you have facebook viewpoints set up, it asks you to download this app as your first program. You collect rewards from thr programs you complete. This one in particular give you $5 a month and you just leave it on your phone, thats it! Then the send the $5 directly to your paypal account every month. This is the only program I have recieved though. UPDATE: A year later and I still love this app!!! You make money for just having it on your phone!!

    Amazing! Extremely easy to use. After a little research making sure I wasn't signing my first born away && making sure app was a legit information gathering service to better our internet experience I hit download && have been earning money by simply letting my activity be used to better mine and everyone's experience. I highly recommend this app! It is safe and it does exactly as said. 5$ cash deposited into your PayPal. You do not need to jump through any hoops either. Thank you FB!

    Dude genuine not a scam a breeze to use safe for the phone not too large to download and effortless money to make. 10 dollars every week and half is my average just for the study share. When I get the surveys too, it makes reaching that five faster. Probably safe to say I'd average 15 dollars with the surveys, which is nice to get twice a month or more, it adds up lol it's been a good starting point for my funds and at the least, spares me from negative balance worry/empty balance worry.

    I don't mind this app. The information they use is all the info that you use to have a Facebook account. I have not had any issues at all. Although I have not had a task to do yet I am happy with this... I am looking forward to a task eventually.

    It seems to be as easy as implied just got to figure out why the emails impling a need to do something in app but app is doing everything it needs and doesn't want anything else for me to do it is confusing here but otherwise it's doing what i interpreted a passive observational study data collection surveyor should do, not interfere nor encourage, detract, promote or restrict; IT SHOULD NOT draw attention itself, it does, risking corruption bias by inducing biased browsing selections of itself.

    It works great. You just download it and let it run in the backgroud. It pays $5 dollars every other week. You do absolutely nothing. You don't even have to cash out they do it automatically for her when you reach $5 dollars every other week. It goes straight into Paypal.

    Study is easy and do far I have just began the Viewpoints for Facebook. This app uses your data in _ it does. Even with unlimited data at a certain point after a cap on data your phone speed is slowed down

    I love the fact when I answer questions or surveys on Facebook I earn points and after so many points I get $5 deposited into my paypal.... it feels good to see a random 5 deposited especially when I think I'm broke and go check it like boom I have a few dollars yay
