Terrible app, there is barely any algorithm. You cant even filter between fulltime and partime jobs and it does not show what you search.

Poor algorithms used for matching jobs with skills. I search for technical support and get back results that have to do with sales, construction, etc. that aren't even close to a match to my skills or 'technical support'. You're also not able to manage your skill list or relocation preferences. For instance, I'm open to relocate to several areas, and would like my resume to show up in employer search results in those locations, but currently there's no way to specify those details. This type of functionality is key for employers and job seekers and should have been implemented years ago...

I THOUGHT IT WAS FAKE BUT SHORTLY AFTER APPLYING FOR A JOB I GOT EMAILS FROM THE COMPANY I APPLIED FOR AND SHANE FROM THE MONSTER APP MESSAGES SO FAST IT'S LIKE WERE BEST FRIENDS MESSAGING EACHOTHER. OF RECOMMEND THIS APP TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS. GET ON IT Y'ALL MILLIONS OF JOBS ARE WAITING FOR YOU.

Your app has not been working properly for weeks now. At login, app will load, then seconds later it will log me out. This happens every time the app is logged into. This is hindering my job searched.
