    Really happy with my business account so far! Transactions post quickly, invoices are super easy to send straight from the app, it's easy to link QB etc to your account. You can generate a virtual debit card for one time use. I am pleased so far with this bank.

    Novo is a great App....Xero on the other hand is a Joke. You can't even integrate the accounts. You would think a developer who developed both platforms could get the platforms to work together. Novo says contact Xero....Xero says to contact Novo. What a joke!

    Terrible custom service, and slow response. The app will constantly ask to re-login and reconnect. When you do get ahold of support it takes days to get even simple things answered with cut and paste responses

    Awesome business bank. I really enjoy it and love all the integrations. I SUPER love I can set up having my taxes automatically put in a reserve now. That's been the hardest thing for me. My only wish is that the business card had instant pay. I have another website I work from and I can transfer automatically to the card because the novo debit doesn't allow. But that's such a small thing. I love it!

    I had multiple unauthorized transactions coming from a completely different state. When I still had my card. And when I go to the support tab, the answer they responded with was of no help and when I asked if I'll be able to get those funds back they have not responded and it's been 2 days already. I'm still waiting as of now.

    Really clean and easy to use app for a small business. Not a ton of bells and whistles but most small businesses don't need much other than an account that can be funded, check writing/deposits, simple reporting, and the occasional ach transfer. NOVO has all of that.

    Paying someone has taken up to 3-4 weeks. Very inconvenient when paying someone. Already had an issue with a check being sent twice to 2 different payees. Took about a month to get the person paid. Not good. Other than that i like the bank.

    It's a good alternative. Using it for my business so it takes some getting use to because it has its limitations. I would recommend for simple money in money out purposes. Ite been 2 months and am liking them so far. No ads.

    Novo itself is a wonderful bank. The app is not. Endlessly I can't log in or even click menu options. I got a new phone, my screen isn't the issue. It's always done this sporadically. Restarting the app doesn't help. It puts me at a standstill too often. PLEASE look into this.

    Pretty bad service and none of the apps they support/market actually matter, pretty much all banks support those apps. Took forever to close my account, customer service was really bad, disputing any transactions had no support. Would be loosing your money in a bank like this.

    They canceled my account when I had a staff member download the app and deposit a check. No branches...need to explain further. Others app works well. Bur frozen account is a nogo.

    So far so good. Only reason I have it 3 stars is that it takes 2-3 business days to transfer from bank to bank or pay anyone. Which is a big inconvenience for me. But everything else is awesome. Get that issue fixed and I have no problem giving 5 stars.

    Unfortunately I didn't get approved due to this bank does not support single member LLC. It would be nice to try this bank out to avoid any bank fees.

    MONEY MISSING + HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Everything was going smooth until I noticed ”Missing Funds” and ”Transfers." They blamed the back end, but I suspect their Partner Physical Bank which handles the "Money” part of Fintech. Customer Service takes about a week to reply. Shop around for the best rated Small Biz Fintech before jumping in..

    Debit card no show. Got the app and account because I wanted to easy way to open a business account without the monthly service fees. This seemed like a good choice. However the slow shipping on the debit card is a turn off.
