Really Been ten days short of a month since I opened account and till no debt card. Glory be to God I didn't do direct deposit

Force closes every time I open it

When l take a picture of my check to deposit, the picture always comes out blurred. I use the same service with other banks and they don't have the same problem.

Im fairly new to this bank but so far i definitely love it and the fact that its owned by people that look like me make me feel good to be a member of this bank. Im not a big fan of banks period but i can truly say that so far im very satisfied with one united. I plan on opening an acct for my kids and family members!

The app needs a little more improvement, but it's tolerable.

I'm not so crazy about my deposit experience. It's always a challenge to take pics and then having to wait days to find out if it has been accepted is a little upsetting.

Needs a lot of improvement transactions take to long to come up. Needs new developer's!

Its cool, i like you can transfer money between accts if u need to

In an attempt to support community based banks this app is good and is good for those wanting to invest in their community. The mobile deposit feature makes it even easier to bank. Now if they add 24 hour customer service they would be able to compete with larger commercial banks. Lets bring our wealth back to our communities.

Worst bank ever never heard of a bank that takes 4 days to cash a mobile check if you had put it would have taken 4 days I would have never cashed it with this retarded bank. I will move my money and close account after this. The worst bank do not bank here you will have to call multiple times to make one large purchase after you've already talked to customer service to clear the purchase before you even made it. Small spending limit. Took over 10 days to cash a check. Stupid

Please add the lock card feature
