    It only works in Boulogne Billancourt. And there's NO value in breaking time into such small 5 mins periods if anyway fees increase every 15-30 mins depending in the zone. That's basic!

    1 star because just because writting a review with 0 stars is possible! Worst experience ever, don't use this service! I was suposed to pay €25 for parking in the Louvres lot in Paris and neither the QR code reader nor the "automagic" plates reader worked. People on site told me to use a ticket which I ended up paying €50 for the parking time (to be able to leave) + €25 that the app charged for service that couldn't use. I contacted the customer service by email without response, by phone same.

    Today I received a notification of an ongoing parking on a rental car I had two months ago. While I reported it to OPnGO immediately, they let the clock run, even after I had removed the vehicle from my account. They now report inaccurate times for the events above to avoid refunding. They also claim I had enabled manually automatic paiement authorization (without the app), which is another lie. Now in a never ending battle of emails with their customer service awaiting an answer!

    I just created an account added my bank details and for some reason they have taken 0.88 from my bank account and I haven't even used it for parking

    The best way to waste time and money. Nothing worked and had to pay twice and of course customer service is not picking up the phone nor replying email. This app is simply a scam. You advised me to send an email. I did it and I m still pending feedback for 2 months...... @googleplay team If you read this please consider removing this app from your store.

    Fraud. Stole 150€ from me, acknowledged it was their mistake only after I threatened them to report them for fraud. Left me with the FX fees on my side even though it was 100% their fault. Avoid at all costs.

    ç'est de la fraude, j'ai utilise ce logiciel pour garer deux fois, dans les deux fois, le montant paye c'est le double du prix aficher dans le parking, pour 1h20 j'ai paye 5,7 euros alors que le prix est 3,6. Une application a eviter. it's fraud, I used this software to park twice, in both times, the amount paid is twice the price to see in the parking, for 1:20 I paid 5.7 euros while the price is 3.6. An application to avoid.

    We are having problems similar to those mentioned. I have sent several messages to "customer service " - no reply and no resolution. Still struggling with it, as I have paid through Nov. 13. Never again with this company.

    My experience: App is very unresponsive even if working from a Wi-Fi connection. I get lots of timeout type "error occurred" so that it takes minutes to book a parking. In several occasions I gave up and paid with coins to note later that eventually the parking was booked (even if the app did not confirm that booking). This meant I paid twice pretty expensive parking. The app should send a confirmation email at the time of booking not only after. And the responsiveness must be greatly improved.

    Paid 5.95 in zone verte in Brussels for 4 hours and got a ticket of 25 euros... Update: The worst app. I had sent an email immediately but they totally ignored it and it's been more than 2 weeks. I'm never using it again. Update 2: I've already sent 2 emails. One of which today.

    It's ridiculous the way you force user to pin on a map a parking zone. Most of the time I have to zoom it in and choose the right zone. Why don't you just propose a liste of option such as "Zone Rouge", "Zone Orange"...

    The app shows that my car is in a parking lot in a different town in France, which is not true! Time is running and I cannot stop it! Please do something! This app is a bad joke! Beware!

    Under the name İNDİGO on my credit card İ was charged 19 Euros. The parking fees to which I requested were .93 euros. As I see from the reviews I wasn't the only one to experience this. I was in a rush to download the app and pay for my parking, although I don't recall ever giving permission for such a charge. Nor a notice that they were going to do so.

    Terrible. Number plate reader does not work. Qr code reader does not work. Had to take a ticket on entrance anyway, and now will fight for money back.

    Fraudsters. I downloaded and used the app once. I was charged 4.20 euros for the parking (which was the only reasonable charging) and then one euro for each payment card I registered. When I saw my bank transactions I realised that I had been charged with another 15.50 euros by the same company (INDIGO 670011). I have sent two mails to their contact e-mail asking for an explanation and still haven't got an answer. I am therefore taking legal action.

    Overall very good and works well. However, you have to be careful your session ends because if not, you'll be charged at public rate indefinitely. It happened to me, I contacted the support and they refunded in due time. Other than that, Bluetooth parking could be improved but it does the job quite nicely.

    Edit: Some parkings are not having the service as mentioned in the app. However the support is quite reactive.

    A few glitches. For instance if the app hasn't synced your reservation and there's no network at the gate, you can't enter the parking lot. And it's unclear how much you'll pay if you enter early or leave late. Other than that a very convenient system.

    Didn't work. Tried it once. The car park in Paris did not recognise my car licence plate, nor the back up QR code. Quite stressful, then the poor car park attendant had to work quite had to collect our details and let us out. Won't be using again. OnePark.fr is much more reliable in Paris.

    Not detecting anything, im in an opngo park, I position my pin on my vehicle and nothing is happening
