    $150 for parental lock. Now that is ridiculous. I have no problems paying a FAIR price but I don't want to pay for the extra bloat that I do not need.

    The app crashes after i logged on using my account. The version i am using right now is the latest update of sept 2018. I am also using a marshmallow android os. Hope you fix this one.

    If you want to use this app you need someone who has access to the movies that you want to download to it.i have my uncle who has 45000 movies so I'm lucky.either way it's an Amazing app.

    The app keeps interrupting the playback of synced items. Also, artificial pauses are inserted after the end of a song, which makes it hard to listen to albums with smooth transitions between songs. Otherwise a solid app, but unusable for me due to the issues mentioned above.

    I absolutely love this app! I use it to stream my video files to all of the TVs and android devices at my house. My family loves it but u fortunately most of them are lost using the app and then casting it to a TV, so there is a learning curve for the less-technical folks once you get it all set up.

    Brilliant. Thank you. Had been looking for something to stream my personal lossless audio library through Chromecast Audio. I am using the Chromecast optical out feature to maximize fidelity... This catalogues my personal library stored on my PC and let's me access it with my smartphone via network, local or external. I can stream to a device like Chromecast or Bluetooth to RCA device...or simply enjoy on my smartphone. Wonderful so far. Will be paying for the full software. No not affiliated with Plex...good products deserve to be recognized.

    No way to configure this app to work with any of my media players. So very painful to use.

    Playing original quality doesn't properly work (switches back to converting even after manually selecting), makes playing certain media impossible.

    Neat app, but forget about customer service or support. They redirect you to forums. Impossible to speak to someone for help, even as a paying customer.

    Once I figured out how to port forward on my AT&T router I got it up and running in no time even on an Old Dell desktop computer with a single core hyper-threaded processor unable to smoothly stream 720P Western Wake DVD rip to my Nexus 7 over the Internet through my fiber connection I've been uploading constantly server for the past week and it's amazing streaming is fast and easy.     If you have a computer or access to someone's server, this is a cord cutters must-have! It's like running your own Netflix or Hulu and with a Lifetime Plexpass no monthly subscription for it because YOU provide the content for it.

    I wholly regret paying for this app. It used to be free and when I decided to purchase for my phone, it stopped working. I cannot stream any of my own content nor anything on the server. It freezes my phone to the point of having to manually shut it down. Not to mention that if I want to watch anything for more than a minute I'm required to pay even MORE. I'm experienced in electronics and the fact that customers are being conned into paying more? Completely disappointed. What a waste of money. Will be moving to another media server instead. As an additional note it now plays themes from random shows immediately when I open the app. So many bugs! Fix it!!!

    A good app but has a few drawbacks I dislike. Cons: Always need to refresh the list to see my cast devices when starting the app. Missing an option to delete synced content when the server is offline. Often loose sync while casting such that pressing stop has no effect on the playback.

    The only issue I have with the Plex app is that when casting it takes over your system audio controls. Volume keys only work for the app unless you hit the drop down to reveal the other audio sliders.

    Plex continues to get better and better. Love having all my media anywhere. The live TV and DVR is what made me finally move from other platforms to Plex. Wish the TV guide was in a more standard layout though.

    Plex is great because we can download our own shows, movies, music, and more as well as upload our pics. It is also great for traveling, and it uses our internet system, not our data plans. I recommend this app for anyone and everyone.

    The Plex App is Awesome!!! You do need to go to plex web site and download thier sever. Which is totaly free. Once that is done your Plex App will work on your tablet, computer, android set top TV boxes ect. all of which is free.

    This app suffers from what plagued the Audible app in the beginning. It skips ahead a random amount of time, forcing you to see spoilers and spend your time pressing the back button to find out where you were. When the app closes, it is hit or miss that it will remember where you were in the show or movie. This kills the experience. How hard is it to verify elapsed time in a video? Surely something can be programmed in to keep this from happening.

    Something happened to this app in a recent update making it awful. This app used to be great, but I just had to spend half an hour painfully configuring it through trial and error just to get my library to show. Please revert back to the old version until you fix this dumpster fire of an update Plex developers.

    Its Awesome! A more immersive experience than Netflix and Hulu added together! I'm hooked! I have been running the PLEX MEDIA SERVER for years on an Ububtu Linux laptop. This app streams all of my content flawlessly. In my opinion, anyone that gives this app (or any of the Plex Apps) anything less than five stars, has no idea what they are talking about!

Thank you. Update: I purchased this app for about $5 three years ago, but now it says to continue working I need to pay an additional $6?

    The lastest update to this app completely changed the format, and it bites. It had to take a lot of consciouse effort to take such a simple, clean app and turn it into a complete cluster f---. I'd there a way to get the old app back?
