    This app is TERRIBLE. We love Popeyes, but we did not order tonight because signing in is usually a nightmare, and you get ads for products not available locally, it takes FOREVER to create the order in the app, and orders disappear randomly, and trying to get the pickup code is leaving it on your screen from the time you order until you pick up, 20-30 minutes, and hoping it stays there. FIX THIS APP! Did I mention it is PAINFULLY SLOW?

    This app is terrible. Simply put: it doesn't work. It is better to open a browser and order from the webpage. The webpage looks like the app and it works smoothly. The app hangs for a very long time every time you attempt to navigate it.

    App does not know when sides are not available. If you pay extra for a premium side you are out of luck because they can not adjust the charge. Popeyes needs to work on their their mobile app. Edited: Reduced to 1 star. Offer not available at select location. After hurricane Ian rolled through, a good offer came up but was not available on either store near me. Seems they don't want to take care of their customers in their time of need.

    Downloaded thinking it would be easier to order through app.. No ability to use physical coupons in app that I could find.. no ability to scan receipt to get points in app from non app orders. The whole user experience seems to be centered around either using the app or ordering at the window.. but trying to do both is a non starter. If it's an either or type of thing I'll stick to ordering at the window. I don't need points for free food enough to fight with it.

    I don't know if it's the location I'm ordering from or the app or both but it sucks. Multiple times I have ordered from online/the app and when I get there they have no clue about my order or what's in it. Then after spending way too much time telling them what I ordered and having them put it together, it's ALWAYS wrong! This last time they forgot a chicken tender, a regular fry, and a biscuit. At that point I should just get refund because that's half of my meal. This app and staff suck.

    GPS Permission already granted, but still refuses to locate nearby locations, even after clearing data, uninstall/reinstall; has same issues as Burger King app, seeing as it's practically the same developer.

    It refuses to turn on locations through the app no mater how many times i go to settings. I tried to place an order and it placed it on the other side of town when i clicked closest to me. I lost a reward because of that

    The app won't let me order. Can't even order online. When adding things to my cart it doesn't show in the little bag icon that anything was added until you click on it and see the contents of the cart. After adding everything you want the continue button just keeps loading forever.

    PAID OVER 35 DOLLARS FOR FAMILY MEAL AND EXTRA BREASTS. BREAST ALL BONES NO MEAT ON WINGS. CHICKENS MUST BE GOING TO A DIET FARM. LOOK ELSEWHERE. IS IT CHICKEN BONES DAY AT POPEYES. OH I FORGOT EVERY DAY IS CHICKEN BONE DAY AT POPEYES. GET 3 TIMES THE MEAT AT KFC BROWNS. CHURCHES. POPEYES. ALL BONES

    It's pointless to get the app. you order on the app so you don't have to wait in the long drive-thru line and then they make you wait in the Drive-Thru line anyway

    First two times I tried to use the app, the payment option was not working. The third time the payment option worked, but there was a mix up at the restaurant. The people at the restaurant and the app are not in sync.

    If you add a sauce to make it a spicy chicken, your false advertising!! I asked for a plain spicy chicken and they told me it won't be spicy anymore if it's plain. 😒💔👎👎👎👎👎

    Order didnt show up at store. Placed an order for pickup to save time. Got there at 5 and they were only allowing drive thru. Waited like 20 minutes just to be told my order my order isnt there, even though i got a confirmation number and was charged. Yes, I did have the right store. The store offered no help and told me to contact the app. I did end up with a refund, which takes 5 to 10 days and but wasted 50 mins with no food.
