    A pleasurable surprise. As good an app as Spotify, but with the added bonus of high-res tracks. True, the Tidal offering is cheaper but the Tidal app is awful. I think I'm right in saying that Qobuz is the only one to allow high-res on phones. Qobuz also makes it fairly easy to browse offline albums - which is a must for anyone who listens in the car or commuting. The only feature missing with Qobuz appears to be linked listening history across all platforms

    Cannot play or download anything repeated message "option only available to subscribers" I have been a subscriber for years.

    Buggy. I purchased the subscription but the app says I haven't and keeps trying to make me pay. I can't download music, only stream, and my data is nearly maxed for the month. The customer service phone number just says no one is available. I'm rather irritated and want my money back.

    Terrible mise à jour. Pleins de morceaux s'arrêtent au milieux en High Res. Seule solution killer et redémarrer l'app. Le logo qoboz tourné fréquemment au premier plan, génial quand on essaie de lire un article. Le tout avec un Wi-Fi parfait sur une connexion gigabit!? Quant aux Playlists elles apparaissent et apparaissent aléatoirement. Franchement limite sachant que je viens de m'offrir un abonnement à 400 Euros. Faites quelque chose. PLEASE

    This app is okay. I have an issue when trying to listen to music after starting up the app where the music doesn't play at all and is stuck loading the song for up to a couple minutes. this happens even if the music is dowbloaded. It's extremely annoying and at times makes me change to another app to listen to music instead.

    The Qobuz streaming service is best in class. The Android app is stable and reliable in use so we'll give it an encouraging "good job, but you can do even better" rating. Basic functionality is ensured. Playlist handling is fairly basic but works well. Improved discovery services and built in equalization would be a good addition. The best streaming service deserves a "best in class" app: bypass the native Android 48 kHz resampling (others have done so).

    The app is ok, but it needs to have the same functionality as Spotify Connect and Tidal Connect so that the native app can be used with Streamers like the Bluesound Node 2i.

    I use qobuz through roon at home and it seems to be fine. My problem is their mobile app, it really struggles in low network conditions. It's caching and preloading just aren't sophisticated enough at the moment to make this an "on-the-move" music player

    Generally, I've found it solid. Good selection, good sound quality, etc. In fact, I really liked this app until I realized that when I try to use the shuffle function on long playlists (12+ hours long), it ignores tracks past a certain cutoff point. That was disappointing, shuffle is a pretty basic function, and I may go elsewhere as a consequence.

    It's a great Hi Fi streaming experience as an enthusiast for audio quality. The annual plan is reasonably priced and using it at Canjam was great. However it's not very snappy and quick. I can understand waiting for loading a song when the audio quality is set to 24 bit/96kHz, but it's slow loading even just browsing for music. Also not a lot of Japanese or soundtrack music compared to Spotify who recently opened up regions. If they could change those two things, then it'd be a 5 star app.

    On the face of it, everything looks sexy. Discovery and the way it is presented. But I hope this is still.a prototype beta version. It is slow, it bugs. Don't like that it puts albums you listen straight in cache. Lots kf work. Not sure I will keep after the trial period.

    I don't know what changed with the rendering, but it farked with everything. My expectation is the offline library will run with no issues, my own library in foobar has never had any issues with playing any file with 0 buffering / load time. This is not the case with Qobuz for me anymore in the past month or so. While I'm in the office my reception is very poor, my saving grace is offline library. Not when it buffers 39 times on a 4 minute track (yes, I counted, no, it's almost every track).

    Gave me a free one month trial, then the app glitched out and said I needed to pay when I had never used the service before. Read on a forum that they do not offer refunds, so that's ridiculous. Why have an app with such poor performance and not offer at least some sort of reimbursement for being negatively affected by it? I won't use this service again until I'm either refunded my money or the app gets better. Music quality is actually really good, so it irritates me that the app sucks.

    Qobuz have a great selection of Hi-Res music available, but lets itself down on it's subscription plans and quite often they are very expensive (with the restricted annual purchase) and they don't go into detail about each plan as both seem equally good. I'm finding it a constant headache over this and so I'm quite happy to stick with my Amazon HD Music subscription plan and just simply purchase my Hi-Res music album content from either Qobuz or 7Digital.

    A decent app, and works well most of the time. I've had to reinstall when the search facility stopped working but apart from that all good. More recently the app is crashing and just not opening properly, so that's frustrating

    Seems more likely to crash than start all of a sudden. Uninstalling and starting again does the trick but not a satisfactory solution. I really like the service and bubble upnp works fine with it so why can't the dedicated app. This needs sorting soon....

    Awesome ! Delivers what it promises hi definition music without any of the annoying dropouts or muddy sound you get with mp3 ,unlike some of the other streaming apps out if you choose to purchase anything you get the download in its original music format and it's actually accessible in your file system :D so yeah definitely an audiophiles no1 choice.

    Great selection of music if you have eclectic tastes like me. Unfortunately both Android and iOS apps are embarrassingly poor for apps that have been continuously (albeit badly) developed over many years. The iOS app crashes quite frequently (I have never, ever known any iOS app to crash except the Qobuz app). I have stopped updating the Android app (indeed I prevent auto updates only for Qobuz) as the app is poorly tested (if at all) and often falls over simply trying to play imported music (IMO one of the most basic functions). Every time I have an issue with either app (so quite frequently) I’m edging closer and closer to Spotify. The Spotify marketing team probably can’t believe their luck - the best advertising/promotion for Spotify are the Qobuz ‘developers’ themselves.
