I have tried to cancel the plus plan. It won't accept any of my pins. Plus, it tells me my email isn't verified. If it isn't verified, how are they responding to my emails?

I didn't like the app, so I just cancelled it. I wasn't able to get any cash advances but I was still being charged 9.99 anyway. I need my money back ASAP.

My direct deposit doesn't count because I put a majority of my paycheck directly into Venmo, and it won't let me connect to my Venmo account to show that my DD is more than the requirements needed.

Charge you monthly and do not allow you to switch to free plan.

UPDATE: So this is my third review for Brigit. They have this feature,ID Fraud Protection,so I signed up for it,pay the $9.99. Then,I try set up the new Credit Builder(keep in mind that I have already signed up for the ID fraud protection and have had this app a year now.)And Im not even jk,it says that it cannot verify my identity!They say dont check credit,get$250 when you need it,their requirements are ridiculous,which I did,at one point meet,but still nothing,lost connection to bank.REALLY?

I asked for a refund for their $9.99 plan because I don't use it. And I am currently not even in the country, and they told me they can't reimburse me because I'm currently on their plan. What kind of nonsense is that? I do not recommend at all. If I could give them a zero, I would as well

very horrible not happy this company is bs they take the repayment money out of my bank before my paycheck even hits my bank so now I'm negative $109.00 for a $50 loan makes no sense shows me they are hungry for money and don't care about there customers they have access to my bank so they should know the dam money was not available yet definitely reporting to the BBB

Doesn't work. Seems to be just an information grab. The "requirements" have never been met in the months that I've had the app. It literally says that I need to use my card and account daily to qualify to use the advance... which I have and do for months now... so best I can figure is they get to sign in and monitor your account and if you happen to buy in on the "premium" thing then you pay them to have free reign of your info. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS APP. IT'S A SCAM!

DO NOT TRUST THEM. I closed my account IN MAY!!! And they still charge me a monthly fee that I have been fighting. I tried to do the "live" chat and they needed the session. I emailed them. And got nothing but a generic answer and no refund has been given. They are horrible to deal with. PLEASE stay away.

I will say this I'm ready to make one star because I've been getting the same finances for years and when I tried to use this particular app and claimed it couldn't verify my finances when my bank account is consistent with my deposits I don't know what it is or what's going on with it but I guess it just wasn't meant for me

I got a notification that a developer responded to my comment but I can'tfind the comment or the response. When I go into the app to cancel the subscriptionplan they signed me up for without my consent it says I cant. Shady business. Will be reporting to the BBB.

All around a solid app if you are starting out with credit, building your credit, or just need a little boost here or there. Linking all accounts is helpful for those like myself who suffer from memory issues, the instapay is great with emergencies, and there are an array of tools to help keep you on track and even help you with resources. Give it a shot! Only thing you have to lose is the chance of money you could have :)

Do NOT use this app. Brigit WILL make you overdraft. Use Dave. Dave won't send your account into the red. Please just save yourself the stress and download Dave instead. Also if you want to help, you can put the money back in our account and cover the overdraft fees that YOU caused, but you're not gonna do that, if you're not leaving other families to starve then you lose money. EDIT: I call straight up BS on that. YOU have caused us to overdraft MULTIPLE times. Don't sit here and lie to me.
