Very bad experience in Faisalabad carlcare office warranty claim. 1st they give me 5 days time, at the day they give me mobile and when i check, the problems available same, they say we can't collect your phone same they, come back for rewarranty after 3 days

I had a broken screen of which I was asked to pay which I did. A period of time was given and I actually went for it not knowing the screen was not properly fixed, it's hanging and because of that it created some lines on the screen, due to the work I do I don't get time to send it back. Unfortunately the phone fell off and my screen protector got a little crack. I later had the time and sent it back during the warranty period, This service personel ask me to pay for another screen. Just imagine

I went to Carlcare office in Ikeja. I dropped my spolit phone with them for two weeks I haven't gotten that phone till now. Very disheartening.
