Hey there ! Consistantly upgrades are working well for me ! The only thing that i would really like to see is a way to set up a payment goal on my visa or student line so i can visually see how much I have to pay each month or week. Being able to reach a goal is a great feeling and would be very motivating to manage my money better.

Doesn't work anymore Ever since the new update whenever I try to go to check my bank balance is when I click on either my checking's or savings the Apple just closed on me for no reason and I have tried resetting my phone factory setting my phone on stalling reinstalling the app deleting my cache I love the app I just would love for you guys to fix this issue to

UPDATE CRASHING PHONE! Since the update anytime i try and access my account transactions the app freezes and then crashes. Very frustrating, and it wont allow me to send a crash report.

If only fingerprint ID worked... I love this app, but although my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has fingerprint scanning security, this app cannot yet use it. As soon as it can, I will give five stars.

Finger print login I have the Samsung Galaxy S5 which has a fingerprint scanner but when I try to enable fingerprint login on the app it says I don't have a fingerprint scanner

Great app, I've banked with BMO and this app is 100x better, more colors and notifications. And fingerprints log in. The only thing I wish they added was the ability to turn off a credit card so it can't be used. For example you lose the CC in your house, you can log into the app and turn it off till you find it without calling in and canceling the card only to find it a few hours or days later

Suddenly eDeposit isn't working properly. I can no longer take pics of chqs on my own and the camera takes the pic before it's even focused. I'm having to take pic after pic because the app is rejecting my chqs. I called CIBC, was told to delete the app and d/l again so I did and still the same problem. I hope this gets fixed soon because I depend on eDeposit!

Terrible app with a garbage update. I mostly used this app for eDeposit, but after the recent update, the camera automatically takes a photo when a cheque is detected without an option for manual control. Cheques end up blurry, and now the process of eDeposit is actually more time consuming than driving to the branch and depositing it in person! How the heck is this supposed to be convenient? Add manual shutter control back in and make this new "feature" optional! Even better, allow us to insert a photo because my camera app takes better pictures with full manual control. The only good thing about the latest update was fingerprint detection, but that isn't enough to make me want to use the app now.

Still no nfc for Samsung s5 - and no fingerprint support either

Crashing & Burnt Everyone I have talked to says the exact same thing...since my last updated information...for this application it's...Wanked!!! CIBC needs to get their Application for mobility...working. Fix it...

App keeps freezing! After the latest update all i can do is log in and view my accounts. Anytime i click on something, the app freezes and shuts down.

App stopped error I can open it and sign in but every time I go to look at my account transactions it force closes fix asap or deleting and finding a new bank to deal with

New update is not great as it does not allow to see the details and error message comes, called the bank and they say that my phone is old, it worked very well with old version

Fix it! Loved this app before but now I can't access my account transactions. What is wrong with this? Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling. No such luck. Grr.

I can't even log onto my account, as the app doesn't allow a password with more than 12 characters.

Pretty good! Only one complaint: they could make it easier to find your e-statements. Other than that, excellent! I use it all the time.

Update messed up everything I loved this app especially because of how easy it is to deposit cheques and now whenever I click on any bank account, it freezes up and then exits the app giving me an error. Fix this ASAP please!!!!!

Pending charges. Where? RBC, AMEX show pending charges from their credit cards on the apps in real time! This has to be the most frustrating thing about this app. Especially if you are wondering if there is fraud. It forces you to always phone 800 number to see latest Visa charges which are always at least 5 business days behind. Include this then this app gets 5 stars.

Brenda Uninstalled and reinstalled and app still not working WTH!!! Not happy with update - can't check acct details without getting shut down. Taking too long to repair considering all the feedback.

Ever since the most recent update I haven't been able to access any of my account details. Whenever I click on an account to see the transaction history the entire app closes and signs out! Please fix this asap as I use this app to track my spending on a daily basis

Was fine, now can't login with fingerprint. Literally the best feature that every other bank has. It even worked before. Why break it now?

All of a sudden fingerprint login stopped working after the last app update!!

The latest update was supposed to improve the eDeposit experience, but it was a disaster! The app kept on automatically taking the photo itself when it detected the cheque was in place. In theory this would be great, but in reality, the app just kept taking blurry pictures. I pretty much only use the app for this feature so...this was frustrating to say the least. It was way better before. Please fix it.

Cibc banking Ever since you updated it I can't get it to work. I uninstall and reinstall and it stops working whenever I want to check transactions or credit account. I've reported it every time. Are you actually getting these messages?

Edeposit DOESN'T WORK! Brand new note 7 and the edeposit doesn't focus. Most frustrating thing ever.

Finger scan not working Running s7 edge on latest version of Android and this app cannot seem to detect finger scan hardware on device. Please fix app. Overall great banking app tho!

Great app, great bank. Incredibly easy to navigate and excellent design.

Last time I give a 3 stars . They really improved the app . The only thing missing is a NIP , instead of always put your password , find it a bit tiresome . And would be good to have notifications like SMS , when a transaction have been made in the account. Thanks
