WTF Instagram I've never had such a problem with the videos, they're so laggy... Apparently they don't load well, but I know it's not my Internet connection, everything else works just fine. Anyway, even if I restart the app it still happens! Even if I try to load the video again. This didn't use to happen, and as far as I know updates are meant to enhance the functionality of the app, not get it worse. Please fix.

Flawed. I can't use my insta direct whenever I click on it the app closes out and it doesn't notify me when I have a new message FIX IT !!!

Icon Perfect performance, all the features work great. PLEASE update icon to match Material Design. Icon sticks out like a sore thumb. This icon is so outdated and in fact appears blurry on my ~330ppi 7 in screen.

The new update has issues....anything I upload won't post with the description. If I go back to try and edit,it won't save my edits. It's super annoying esp after I've taken the time to write out something lengthy. Please fix this.

I am disappointed that the "Copy and Paste" option is gone from this new update! This is why I have the app at 4 stars. Return the Copy option!

since the latest update, i cant watch videos in a loop. They'll freeze before the video is over. and when i post a video, instagram cuts off the last two seconds

Videos after upgrade Videos take a long time to load now since the upgrade. Even Youtube works faster.

It's fine It's an exceptional social service with limited bullying and other gross content. Keep up the good work. But one thing. I'd like it if you guys added a dislike button for people who find the finest things offensive for some reason. I just think it'd be nicer than someone having to diss a person's pic by commenting. Frustrated Can't even open the app, it keeps on crashing. I've unistalled it, and re-installed it like 4 times already! I love this app too much to even give up on it but I swear I will stop trying and just not have an account anymore :(

I really liked it but if the insta team can please make the grid that pops from bellow while putting stories into the normal gallery. I cant see any of my photos, i cant choose an album and scrolling takes time to load the pictures.

Videos havent been playing for about a year. I tried everything. I became a beta tester only for the same thing to happen and me to go back to a normal user. I have the s7 edge, no faults on my side. Please respond cause you didn't the other times

Okay okay here's the thing: it's shows me post on my feed from DAYS AGO. I don't want to see what was posted a week ago. I want to see what was posted a few minutes ago. Honestly, who thought it was a good idea to show posts out of order? I think chronological order should be brought back.

My story's camera suddenly become bad and low quality. The boomerang and video is broken. I've try to use my own camera and upload it but it's in same quality. It happened after I updated it on 28/9/17. What's happening?

I hate that videos auto play. I only have so much data a month, I don't need to blow through it on the first 3 seconds of an add that just scrolled into view.

Interface is clunky and lacking basic tools. I also don't like that you have to download extra apps that feel more like features than a standalone app. Only reason I use the app is because they don't even let you upload from desktop, not a great way to attract photographers using cameras other than their smart phone to take photos.

Reported problems are never solved, cannot archive posts even if updated and reloaded it several times. Cannot adjust word size in stories, and is still unfixed. Disappointed, and pretty upset about the efficiency of problem-solving. Should make some improvements.

It is perfect!! Only issue I have is I am not able to reduce text size in stories. The button "Aa" which used to be there next to color selection isn't showing up anymore. :(

Pretty good app for sharing and staying in touch with people. Recently though the one finger zoom stopped working on stories. And it freezes when I try to reload my feed. Be nice if you could fix this.

Hello. I think I've found a bug where user cannot change the size of letters while editing post for stories. First I thought you deleted this feature, but my friend whose phone is running in iOS still can change the size. Later, I saw the button for changing size completely stuck at the left-bottom side, fully inaccessible when the keyboard is active. I hope you can solve this problem soon. Thanks a lot!

Somehow, always when I want to post pictures, editing and everything works fine, butwhen I want to post it, it ends up black. Otherwise its a good app, but still it makes me mad that its not working. I also tried to go with the basic upload quality...

Railroads you into poor behavior, UI is an exercise in excessive cleverness, entire platform is of questionable utility. Burn it with fire. That said, I use it to share pics a FB friends.

Bestest ever app for uploading personal pics .... especially for girls...💞😘 It's safe ... My ex make fake account and was posting my pics and even my no in public I reported that account for several times and thanks to Instagram community service they close the account ... Tysm I feel so safe ..

Where did the resizing slider for the text go in the stories? It was better earlier. I used to create a lot of posts that way, but the slider has gone and I can't make posts now.

I think y'all should do filters for insta snap. I don't really like to try new apps. I made a instagram when i was 9 and used it when i was 12. Nice all tho👌. Just create filters because i don't wanna try snap chat

It's annoying to only be able to put up photos through mobile and select photos at that. The worst thing are the ads smack dab in the center of your newsfeed every three photos from friends. Otherwise it is just an ok app.

I used to love Instagram however just recently the videos stopped loading. The developers will release a update to the app every couple of days and I'm guessing the don't even read these reviews because I see the same issues still exist after the update is done. They just want to be able to justify for the horrible, ignored reviews and say that its for an older version under the reviews so that the average reader will assume that the issues are fixed when they aren't. 🤔

You guys need to fix this app for Android users and not just be targeted more so on iPhone users, there are android users still out here and I would appreciate it if you stop ignoring the fact that many people using non iPhones can't either log in, post or see videos and no it is not the Wi-Fi. This issue seems to be on going and for a while now almost to an whole year. Get with the program. You will loose alot of your customers. Everyone wants to be included on Instagram changes and keep up and continue to see the things that made Instagram in the beginning. Please fix these people's issues asap, not only there's but mine as well. I really like Insta. But I'm tired of getting on and not being able to see anything that people are sharing or having to be forced closed out of the app. Thanks.

Application was pushed to have more features than it can host. It is continuously hanging while on Search and then it crashes. Whilst so many updates were launched But still they are far away to fix it. Yes its a popular app but needs lots of quality improvements.

Enjoy sharing photos and seeing what others post. Decided to go down a star since I really enjoyed having posts in chronological order. The added story sharing has been a lot of fun and allows for more content than before. Overall I am really enjoying this application and what it has done with adding the stories.

this app has so many issues, i cannot view live feeds of certain people, cannot share certain items. i am tired of my conservative views being censored while liberals have a free for all.

The more updates, the worse it gets. Now instagram won't let you go back and tag people in photos you forgot to tag. This still holds true

After the newest update, i can't resize font text in the Story. There's usually a resizing font size on the left side of color choices but it's just gone and i hate it. Please fix it and make it back, i can't stabd big fonts it takes up so much space.

I have a problem with my app, i couldn't refresh feed since 3 days. I've clear cache, clear data, uninstall, and then reboot my phone, but still like that. What should i do to fix my problem?

Love Instagram, but there is one problem with the OnePlus3. When I'm trying to upload a video, the sliders to trim the video length don't appear at all, or take very long to load. This is surely an easy fix. Otherwise great app.

Hated it, it took over a month to get my granddaughter's pics of her overseas trip. And then it just keeps sending me the same pics 7 days in a row.

Guys you all have added tremendous amount of bugs, rather than removing it. 1.Text resizing button is not visible in story. 2.story is crashing. 3. Difficult while posting stories, the new is having lots of issues. Please fix it soon.

Three complaints, one you can't change the font style in stories. Somehow I can't shrink or enlarge the font in stories. Lastly, I wish we had a "view most recent posts" option like on Facebook and Twitter
