SIMILAR PLAY APP STATS

Nothing on this app works. The old one was better by a mile. Will not load an absolute thing. If this app could be a fan it would be perfect for that because it absolutely blows. Fix this please. Many people would agree.

I'm not very happy because this app has not been updated to let me know what is going on with my child tax credit. I haven't gotten anything for September and this app doesn't tell me anything about it. Mine is still telling me about my August payment.

Won't let me do check to card anymore! And charges me a few for not using my card when I used it 2 weeks prior

Terrible experience today, tried to cash my check. Got to write void,took picture then they dismissed... Now I have a check with void written on it. Called twice,second time talked to JARED .Explained how I was hung up on the first time and please don't do it again. Guess what hung up on again..customer service was very badly received...will be changing my service.

I can not use because new update; will not update. It just says pending for 48 hrs now.

Kind of confusing trying to file an amended return because of the government.

Great service & there are lots of locations for your convenience.

The App seems straightforward at first, but any time you need to follow any sort of link, for example a "what's this?" Link, the link is completely broken. At times it's entirely app breaking, for example if you need to use the app's link to request an old AGI from the IRS, you're totally stuck and cannot proceed any further.

you charge me an INACTIVITY FEE NOW?!? Ridiculous, I ONLY use this card for my taxes..so it's only used like 4 months a year!! I sure hope you don't plan on racking it up and taking out at tax time! I will quit using your card and maybe even H & R Block!

I love this app!!! It tracks everything from my taxes to my credit score. It really is easy to use and very convenient.

The app repeatedly "stopped " while trying to deposit a check. Otherwise I really enjoy the convenience that it provides.

update new info through the system is slow. if I file taxes at the store. I should be able to view the info same day I file from store location into the app.

Slow server. Cant even download the app.

Worst tax experience ever. I've received nothing since March. Not even a notification or update on my refund status. Will never use HR Block again, for anything!

Check to card function stopped working back on 6/25/19..... The same problem is back again... 9/24/21 Apparently I've been paid through direct deposit but the money Isn't in my account and I'm unable reach anyone about this problem.. I'm just told, through "automated system" to call back in 2 hours. What is going on??? If you like dealing with not being able to access your money or get a straight answer from "support", by all means get this app....

Check to card won't let me access the feature...notified me I don't have my location on when I do. Tells me check is not signed when it is....old version was better.

Takes me back to the sign in screen. I use the fingerprint to sign in and now it always takes me back to the sign in screen.
