Why has Zelle been down the entire month of September?

Constantly crashes and doesn't reflect the current account amounts

App overall is finally ok. Logging in is dumb. No matter the options you change you still have to wait for the text code. And no fingerprint log in. Stop requiring the code. I did it once. It's annoying.

If you want to make a payment on your account. It's not easy when you want to use an outside account.

My accounts are not showing the correct amounts. I will spend money and it wont be reflected by the avalible balance.

Takes days to reflect any changes in account. Better off just using online banking.

Zero stars. New app doesnt label your accounts like the old app, you cant pay credit cards like the old app doesn't show due dates like the old app and zelle is impossible to use. The release was NON WORKING for months and rolled out without testing and without being able to revert back. After months of it not working and having to outsource it to get it working it is so much worse. MAJOR FAIL I want to leave vystar now. Horrible please revert back to the old app that was way better FAIL

9/10 Now what? I get a java error when trying to log in. Update 6/24 upon Vystar announcing that the mobile app is fixed: Baaahahahahhahahahaaaanope. Still broken. Y'all need to try being HONEST. ‐‐----------- C'mon y'all. You test BEFORE go live. And if go live doesn't work, you roll back immediately. These are SDLC and change mgmt basics. It's been like 4 days. Re-enable the old app so we can access our money while you fix this. I can't even get the new app to stay open long enough to login.

It's not letting me go into the app. I open it and it immediately closes on its own.

Ever since this new CEO took over VyStar has been very inconvenient often. Not looking good at all.

Horrible ! The app is ridiculous!!! Can't access it most of the time. Can't see CC statements. AND you can NEVER get a hold of a live person in less than 30 minutes. Sadly...I'm saying goodbye to this bank. I stayed as long as possible, but enough is enough.

An absolutely abysmal app that never works when you need it to, much like their website. In fact, they're often down at the same time. Why do I even bank here?

I went into Vystar a very unhappy woman and came out extremely pleased. The Lady that helped me was fantastic. Ms. Wanda Moore has a passion for her job. She compassion and concern about the customers. She has took her time and worked out the problem I had without any hesitation at all. She listened and you could tell that she was real about doing so. There should be more people like her in this field. I wasn't just a client or customer, she treated me as a friend. Awesome and professional.

It's OK now that the system is back up and running correctly.

The app does not my balance in real time. I have to call through the phone for an updated balance. There is a $200 difference. This puts someone at risk for overdrafting.

Crashes constantly doesn't update horrible.

They can't even manage an app yet they manage people's money?? Wells Fargo about to get a new customer thanks to vystar.

UI is a mess on mobile. Using the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra and the windows dont fit the screen. I cant zoom out and I have to scroll horizontally to fill out fields and stuff. Very annoying.

The only banking app I have that has to text a security code to me EVERY time I log in... it's ridiculous

So far horrible. New app rushed out with out bugs worked out. It's been a week at least now. If we can't use the new app why can't we go back to using the original one until you fix this one? Edit. New app is finally working and it works the way it should now but why do I have to keep having to get a code sent to me after I log in every time to confirm it's me

This app requires you to receive an authorization code everytime you try to access your account information. It is extremely annoying especially when I am accessing the information using my finger print.

App was doing okay but now it's not wanting to update it's information and show correct amount. It also doesn't show some things. Had to call magic touch just to verify everything

New application removed all of my automatic payments to my car and credit loans. Unable to reestablish them using the app. Also WHY IS MY CHECING ACCOUNT listed under my savings in this extremely incorrect order I'm unable to fix? Lead app developer should be fired asap.

Does this app ever actually work? Haven't gotten accurate balances on my accounts all week but you never forget that's it's my money unless I actually need my money.

Absolute failure

Where do I begin, the Android version of this app has been so disappointing. Back in February 2022 they took the app down to update it and it has been down and has not worked properly ever since. I was able to get it too upload and work on my iPad. That is the only device that I have been able to get the new online banking app for VyStar to work. To say that I'm disappointed is an understatement. I've been online with their chat support and we have been unable to get the Android version to work.

Previous site was much better. You could check you account balances without logging in. Every third or fourth time I use the app I am asks for verification i.e code sent by text, e-mail

This app is horrible and extremely slow. I keep overdrawing because my money amount reflects something else. What's up that. Not happy
